The site shows me how much coins I've booked for the ICO previously, but after I sent the BTC and it got credited on the site, the 10% bonus wasn't added.

What could went wrong? Is this problem only I'm facing? Could it be because I haven't send all the BTC I booked for? Do I have to send the remaining as well to get the bonus?

Yup. You had to pay the entire amount.

Nonetheless, I think this lacks strong marketing, a premier name associated with the project, and the issues with the website today don't help one bit.  I like the project, but when your whole plan is to build a financial platform and you don't have your website up to the task of an ICO, that's concerning.  Not a great first step.

I think they ve handled it well.

Sorry but that's just not true :-)  You use AWS or Azure or a proven provider that can easily handle the traffic.

Would you think the same thing if they launch the exchange and it goes down in the first hour?  Would that be acceptable?  Now is the time to prove that they have everything well in hand and are pros through and through.

it should be burn if not sold out , it will be better. "50% of unsold EON will form a non-profit organisation Exscudo", it's not good deal for investor if like this.

No, it is very decent now, they overvalue the project, and they want to raise more than 20k btc? Not that big dream, be realistic. BTW, what is the threshold?
