Our DAA and Dev Activity data – now free!

Hello all, long time no see.

Just wanted to let you know that we at Santiment are now making all of our historical data on Daily Active Addresses and Dev Activity publicly available for the first time. To our knowledge, this is the most extensive data set on these two metrics.

You can access the data right now by visiting SANbase, and selecting any token. You can plot both data points over the asset’s price and a few other metrics. Alternatively, you can also access them via our API

We think this data can be relevant for traders and investors for several reasons:

• DAA appears to have strong correlation with the token's price, when observed over time.
  
• Dev Activity is gathered all wrong by popular data aggregators, so it becomes a useless metric. We actually had to build a 100% custom method for measuring Dev Activity, so that data can actually make sense.

Santiment offers datafeeds and content streams (including newswires) alongside a regularly updated database of cryptocurrency projects. Its long term goal is to be the market data infrastructure for cryptocurrency and blockchains. I personally liked their platform and also it is good that it is hard capped ICO which adds value to their investors.

The project shows strong development activities. The SANbase beta platform is live and investors can spend/stake SAN tokens for different products. Santiment continues to update its social media with any platform or company developments and they have created an intricate roadmap that shows just where they are in their platform.

I'm disappointed with the progress of the project, especially considering the amount of funds they have collected.
In my opinion even algory.io with few hundrets eth ICO looks relatively better.
Or maybe some function are deeply hidden? If so - I think it is no good.

What is Santiment?
In simplest terms, Santiment is a platform that provides on-chain, social and other bespoke metrics for crypto. The sea of data that we facilitate can be used for day trading, long-term investing or just figuring out how crypto markets works.

SAN is the project’s utility token. It is currently used to access our advanced Dashboards and API (via staking), while additional use cases for SAN are in development. As for what the future holds, Santiment’s roadmap outlines our next year or so in no uncertain terms.

Today, SAN is used to gain access to our advanced dashboards, as payment for our recently-launched online challenges, and will be the cornerstone of our future content contribution network. I know there is Algory.io but they are rather focused on technical analisys and news agregating.. I have to check Santiment platform and will come back to you with my thoughts about comparing these two platforms. I hope there is a demo or trial of SANtiment platform ;-)
