What news could actually make a big deal of difference?

I think bitcoin has more than proved itself tbh. Acceptance by vendors here and there is not going to help because it's essentially news that bitcoin works and is taken seriously by major companies.

So? We've known this for ages.

For the price to go up the alternatives just have to be given time to fail.

And they will.

I think the next few spikes upward will be as a result of credit card fees going up as a result of them getting used less and less as we use btc more and more Smiley

It will be a snowball!

Russia FUD

Why do you keep spamming that over the forum?

That's a Coindesk article.  Coindesk is a pro-Bitcoin publication, AFAIK.
If you think Bitcoin's leading news source is spreading FUD, I suggest you invest in better tinfoil.

I am aware of the source. The question was why are you spamming it over the forum?

It's a very odd situation all around. I don't doubt this is a short term reversal, but I expect new lows within 6mo. Unlike a reversal at, say, $50 in April where the selling pressure was never going to culminate to that level again. (At least, not yet.)

Another thing: the market was very oversold at <400. A bounce was certain at some point. I think I had been calling for a bounce since $400. It never came until $275.

So I'm still sticking to >450, then rollercoaster, then <300. Sometime within 9mo, <200. But if you don't mind mid term trades then this seems like asafe time to buy.

What is your reasoning for continued price falls down to a sub 200 price? And please don't say free Willy. Smiley

I have posted it once in reply to you asking for negative bitcoin news.
I have posted it here in response to Adam.
It was both relevant and factual both times.

Why do you keep spamming this thread with the word "spamming"?  You used it once, that should have been enough Angry

Market: BTC USD

Time Frame: H4

Major Trend = DOWN

Resistence =  400.35

H4 trend stil DOWN and only above $400.35 i will change my TS for UPTREND into H4 time frame.

The BTC USD should test $400 again in next 48hs.

Another fail to brake $400 will increase Down volume and push test support $350

Buying at 70% below the previous ATH seems a good place to accumulate. Newcomers will likely think so too.

blablablabla

stock market is a pyramid scheme

No reason to get upset, my aptly-named friend.  How 'bout you tell me how much coin you're holding, so I can put some numbers to teh lel?

NOT not Pork:   Why don't you use yourself as an example rather than quasi-social engineering for details from other posters?  How many coins you hold?  What's your investment strategy?  What are your other investments and your diversification?  What's your risk profile and your time line?   We need at least these kinds of details before we can go on judging the investment strategies of other posters, no?
