I still need 13.5 more before I'll be back where I was though, like I said a couple days ago, if anyone is feeling generous, I feel I'm a deserving candidate after my recent bad luck, for real, very for real  Embarrassed

What happened?

He won't tell Sad

...
By the way, anyone who might care, I have suffered a rather unfortunate event just a month ago that cost me most of my Bitcoin stash I was working so hard to accumulate since March 2013, so if any of you can see it in your heart to throw me anything you can spare before this rally so it's not like a double edged sword cutting me all the way up lol, the addy below is valid  Sad

I'm ready to hear story now please!

At the moment, I probably should just say "a lawyer has a bunch of money to hopefully take care of it" and leave it at that Undecided

Healthy correction. Holding is the only smart thing to do at this point.

hahahahaha

"Whatever happens, don't cut your loss quickly and buy back lower! it's better to just hold, even if it goes down to $200 again because the rest of us are doing it and it will go even lower if you sell too."

And china +30$??

Surrealist

I think it is an error with the Bitcoinwisdom conversion rate.

Impossible such gap be maintained for so long

It's going down in China, but it's a slower motion dump than the fast dump straight down that we just experienced. Most of them are probably sleeping, but when they wake up to see the nightmare day we had they will probably start mass panic dumping too. Their night owls were the lucky ones who had the chance to dump before the rest wake.

No, of course not.

It's about something completely different that wasn't a flop.

Will see how this pans out. If you're a long term holder, you'll be entertained to watch these kind of shows. Cool

nothing to watch here, I am sure bull trend will be still intact after this dump. New money is waiting to join the party.

I'm afraid to say in very much detail, because I have a lawyer, and you know how they are, they always recommend you don't talk too much about stuff to anyone. But long story short, I had to cash out all of my bitcoins at $238 to pay for the lawyer, but before that I was strictly hodler since 2013, average buy-in for me was $88.. This to me feels like the launch to the moon I've been waiting for ever since the fall from almost $1200  Undecided
LLa did you buy @ $1200

Nope , not an error with the conversion rate. That gap is real. It's totally fucked up and weird , but it's real. Don't trust me , just check the current CNY USD rate anywhere on the web , then do some basic math , and you can see for yourself it is totally spot on with what bitcoinwisdom is showing. My guess is , traders on finex stamp coinbase etc at this point collectively do not trust the huobi okcoin btcchina etc rates to not be artificially inflated , and so they're actively buffering the price with a ~$20-30 gap at the moment. That , or traders are anticipating a severe devaluation of the CNY in the next couple days and are unwilling to risk any amount of time being in CNY instead of USD or EUR , therefore arbitrage is not happening at a high enough volume to bring the exchanges into line with one another. Still , it's totally nuts that arbitragers haven't brought the interexchange rates into sync by now.

So you had to cash out because you had expenses. That sounds like an extraordinary situation. I'll have to see if I can redirect some of the money that was supposed to go to Oxfam.
