It means the US government just lost their window of opportunity to kill Bitcoin, even if they closed down every exchange that touches USD tomorrow.

they're too busy killing the dollar.

We are in the 6 month to 8 month rally cycle. Just at the base.

My call is we are at roughly late february of 2013 in terms of market sentiment. Look for a new spike in price.

All time high still in view before year's end. Hang on to your Bitcoins  Grin

Looks like the TA-ers here believe that 152.91324 USD version October 2013 per bitcoin was "speculators getting ahead of themselves". I think not. We need this pace of appreciation if we are going to get to 1000 in a reasonable time.

+1. We are currently exerting effort to crush the ATH (which, at that time was at $32 and now @266). It will still take at least several weeks. After that, there will be another spike.

Too long ... bitcoin has averaged a doubling every 4 months or so.

On that basis, three more doublings should be possible in about a year!

Lack of BTC is currently none at all impediment to my progress Wink I could be healthier, though..

From today at $152, we need about 19% growth per week to reach $1000 by year end, or 46% to reach $10,000.

To make it in time for Christmas, we need 21% or 52%, respectively. Since the latter goal at least is steeper growth than in the last run-up, it would take some kind of insane occurrence to reach the grand big prize. But these are insane times.
