Is this Mt.Gox thing what's pushing down Bitcoin prices? Does that mean people are selling now hoping to buy back cheaper after they finally return the Mt.Gox Bitcoins to their owners? If that's the result of potentially selling a part of less than 1% of all Bitcoins in existence, I'm disappointed.

The news signals a direction. The daytraders try to get ahead of it. The well connected whales get ahead of them. Basically there's a whole amplification cycle going on. 75% of the time, the news turns out to be inconsequential anyway.

Ladders are always a bad idea. Nobody in here has enough coins to be a market maker. The sells should have happened at $70K when it was clear we weren’t breaking out yet if you’re a trader and you should be lining up buy orders around $56K and hoping mtgox sends us there before October, at which point you’re going to want to be all in for what’s next.

The last time BTC  RSI was at this level on the daily chart the price was just $26,000.

Every time Bitcoin RSI has hit these levels in the last 2 years it has bounced back STRONGLY within days/weeks.

There’s only $12,000,000,000 worth of BTC hitting the market in the next couple months. Everyone in this thread assured me the mtgox coins wouldn’t make any impact on the market and I was overreacting to keep mentioning it. If you haven’t already sold, bury your head in the sand until October.
