A thought occured:
Silicon valley wants to innovate...fine....but why their efforts are focusing on periphery instead of on the center-bitcoin?
I know why-it is because on the periphery, they can strike all kinds of the 'sweet' deals favoring insiders with 50-90% token allocation, then dump those tokens on retail.
OT: It's the same deal as pre-IPO stocks.
"They" think that making fun us us, the retail, is their job.
Example: I signed up for some pre-IPO site.
Now, they sent me a following deal: you can invest at some ridiculous price in some third row AI company, but you don't really invest in a company. Instead, i suppose to invest in the fund that would then supposedly buy shares in that company. I laughed reading the conditions...that was on the top of a 4% "brokerage" fee.

I should call him "Chameleon Jesus" from now on I don't ever want to see anyone go to prison for non-violent crimes. Especially another Bitcoiner was so instrumental in Bitcoin's early rise. It's easy for people to pile on Roger now, but he was an early asset to Bitcoin at a time when it could have easily failed. Don't get caught up in a narrative. Roger is a real person who did what he thought was best and open source projects are meant to be forked when disagreements happen. It's crazy to me that even after the horrible fall flat on your face failure of the lightning network, people are still mad at Roger and not Blockstream. This is why governments censor. It works.
