Time to have the bitcoin talk with grandma.
... She's prone to give money to strangers over the phone. ...
She's perfect bitcoin investor. Because safe. Never did advice bitcoin to anyone in my family or friends. Because i care for them. I talked my father out of spending 50K on bitcoins around 600. He got the idea from some idiot neighbor pumping it hard on him and trying to convince him it was a small risk investment. Apparently this neighbor spent about 100K when price was 800 I also told my HS friend to stay away when the price was around 800. The first time I heard about bitcoins economics I knew it was all wrong Thank you kind sir. Please, save us all from the scary limited supply electronic currency. My brother warned me at $17 that the government would ban it. Last week he finally asked me how to accept Bitcoin for his business.

Could you please explain in detail why the price might not rally again? Do you have an explanation? Or should we believe in your version of the magic that it won't turn around and self reassurance that Bitcoin will die.
Otherwise you are looking kind of like an idiot, that only focuses on price and hasn't got a clue what's going around in the world, Bitcoin developments, etc.
I'm still waiting for one of you perma-bulls to tell me why you expect people to buy bitcoin for anything other than gambling speculating. The fact that I still haven't met a single person in my life who told me they've bought bitcoins to go shopping (or even have interest) is proof enough. People don't want them because there's a barrier to entry to buy them, and even once they have them, they need to be secured, which is burdensome and technically intimidating for anyone who doesn't already have a keen interest in security. Then, even if they want to spend them, they're faced with a wild west ecosystem of no consumer protection. No chargebacks, orders expire in 10 minutes, no points or any other "membership" rewards, customer service nightmares... you have to be smoking something if you think people are interested in that? There's several other very sound arguments as to why bitcoin is incapable of operating as a currency, but until perma-bulls can even explain why ordinary people would buy bitcoins for any practical reason... the burden is on their side! Check mate, you lose.

I think we're back to 320 within 7 days. After that we'll retest this bottom in a few weeks, but we might not get lower than 250. When confirmed, it's straight to 1000 half way the year. After that it's work in progress, could hit 10k at 2016-12-31 I probably have to polish my ball to be more precise. Hope the perma-bulls will at least take the chance to learn something here. Herd behaviour, mass psychology, going against the crowd, delusions, blind greed, economics, investing, trading, controlling one's emotions, bubbles, technology, frauds, scammers, sociopathy, ethics, etc. Whether you got screwed or you profited, there's a lot to learn from this whole mess. I'm actually serious You forgot a few. The wealth effect and game theory and of course how to avoid the wambulance did not buy/sell cry when investing.

After reading all these posts about "keeping bitcoins secure"...
Do people leave their banking and credit card details just laying around on the streets or what? Because I have a harder time keeping those secure then my bitcoins. (Nobody seems to want them, given the price decline, so why would I have to keep them secure. It will be dead have I been told)
