Actually, have the whole of the 20th. Though I think it might be better all on one chart.

Can someone turn that into a gif? Half a second per chart?

Actually, have the whole of the 20th. Though I think it might be better all on one chart. Cool. I saved a bunch of CB's greatest posts, including the Silk Road bust micro-crash and ensuing rebound that kick-started the autumn 2013 bubble. Do you have an archive of all CB's posts? Will you share/sell/give what you've got? I'd PM you about this but others might be interested too.

volume here is getting back to next wave up territory ... mostly I thought this was just the breakout move from extended bear market, taking us up to 450 region, breather then 600ish and another breather ... but this could be morphing into the next wave up ... so new ATH 2-3k etc, the whole enchillada

Quite frankly, I haven't a clue. Two years of not doing much have made me a bit wary. I'm surprised at how fast we're rising. I think we could keep going up for a good while but my feeling it will probably be tempered over what we have seen before. If we don't slow down before, I can see us hanging out around 700 to 800 for a while. Or maybe moon.

Yeah my leveraged 20x long is making crazy profit right now. I cashed out 20% of it to keep me well in the green even if the other 80% gets eaten up on some out-of-the-woodwork selloff. This run up is sparking old memories I have to go take care of some business for a few hours, but try to hit $480 before I return, okay guys? Where are you able to leverage 20x? OKCoin is one of the places you can do 20x. There are others.

I guess it's time to change the poll. I'm greatly moved by how the prices went a hundred dollars just by me sleeping. I'm afraid that this might pop.

I don't have all CB's posts but I do have all the data and what I have been collecting for the other exchanges as well. Unfortunately, it was a bit all-over the place because I would just shove it anywhere when it filled up the disk. I recently managed to get it all in one place though and managed to make the directory structure sane. I need to do a little bit more work and then I'll throw it up as a bittorrent, probably grouped by year.

Can someone turn that into a gif? Half a second per chart? I've considered doing that but the problem is, it really wouldn't animate very well since you are jumping to a whole new chart every frame. You'd need interstitials. Someone (Molecular) did a youtube movie of the charts and it was a good effort but sadly suffered from exactly that issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ifKS-UebUCI

For all you day-traders, do you trust your money with OKCoin at the 20x leverage? I heard that you can deposit coins there, and trade but to withdraw you need to send over your passport.
Besides Bitfinex at 3.3x leverage any other trading platforms out there?

I stay far away from the Chinese exchanges during this rally. In all probability, when this rally is finally over, then one of those exchanges will do a mtgox.

Estimating the vanishing point is simple enough. Once you have that, any scaling relative to that point will behave as though the picture were receding or coming closer in depth. I'll see if I can find the time to put together a demo today. Richy_T, would it be too much trouble to PM me a link to some higher resolution versions of the slices in that 2013/11/20 chart above?

The stills capture the change over time well enough. Edit: I'm looking forward to seeing what rebuilder does with it!

There are none since it drew directly to the image. They wouldn't be hard to make though. The main problem is if you make it as a gif, the interstitial will make it a lot bigger. It really wouldn't be terribly hard to create an actual movie from the data though.
