So this girthy volume and price action is all due to Britons dumping their worthless FIATs? Because Brexit?

I told you the redcoats were coming. Did you think that was just an expression? The girth of the whole kingdom will soon fall at our feet.

^^ There's a long but still good Cryptsy saga rehash: http://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/cryptsy-founder-paul-vernon-disappeared-along-with-millions-of-his-customers-cash-8557571

(yes, BTC price is falling, but falling in a slow and boring way; unstaisfying.)

Is everyone getting ready for the block party on 9th July? I'm still undecided on what to wear.

maybe you should wear something with stripes. and then cut every second stripe out so that everybody can see your skin underneath. this stands for the halving. you know?

Good morning everybody. It seems like today there's a small correction below 640$. We will see.

Anyway the bitcoin reward halving is approaching: patterns and conditions are gonna change. Can't wait.

Ancient history I know, but I can't find much or any mention anywhere on here of this article posted last month regarding our old friend Gox. According to this Gox was missing 80,000 BTC before Mr Karpeles even bought it.

- 48 hours ago I felt that bitcoin is a buy @140
- It crashed through the 1st fibonacci support of 121
- I no longer felt that it is a buy since I knew it'll go to 95 (the 2nd fib. support)
(snip)
- Now I am happy, bitcoin will cross ATH this month and I make money

rpietila, out of genuine curiosity and my lack of expertise, how does Fibonacci analysis take into account psychologic factors, like the investment "memory" in picture below (which IMHO looks a lot like the 2011 crash):

What's your take on that?

The halving could be also the End of the Bitcoin.. But this is also very far every cause of the users involved in BTC

Bitcoin died after the last halving. All of the miners stopped mining because the reward was not enough, the difficulty was too high for anyone to solo mine so no block was ever filled, everyone stopped using Bitcoin and it became worthless. And it will happen again this halving.

That's a bit selective to invest everything at once right before a bubble, but, yeah I get the point.

We do not like halving at all.

We don't like bitcoin or halvening...  The halvening is killing bitcoin and various investors.  I've been in bitcoin for 2 years and 7 months, and my return to date on paper is only 42%, which is only 16.6% annualized.

This investment is killing me. Cry Cry  And, when the impact of the halvening comes (after the halvening with less of an increase in the supply), probably, Bitcoin is gonna kill me more with more increases in price.   Cry
