Though I'm reluctant to quote such a relentless fudster, looks like the IRS have caught up with all you poor souls on Coinbase.

Sort of surprised this wasn't already part of their AML/KYC requirements.

Aye. Me too. They're uptight about everything else. Anyway it only covers 2013-2015 and anything above $20,000 so it may not be very many people.

Well I imagine there are some who made quite some money over the last few hours. I did not.
Hodling may not be exciting or lucrative, but it's safe.

This is clearly as high as bitcoin will ever get, basically. Maybe just a little bit higher because there are people who haven't realized this is a failed experiment, but that's it. 1 bitcoin will absolutely never be worth $50k. $100k? LOL, no.

What'd I tell you guys? That was the last ATH bitcoin will ever see. People are finally waking up to how much of a failure this project is. Here, if bitcoin gets over GDAX ATH of $11,485, I'll give the the first person to quote me here the last of my bitcoin, which is 0.1 BTC.

you are a kook ~ all time highs will come again someday!! :-D weeeeeeee

Consolidation on 10k, the new floor for futures trading is priced in. If we do see a big dive, I'm suspecting a combination of some tether FUD and a back peddling of the Wallstreet futures tradeing.  That might shake a few hands.

On another note, not surprised to see coinbase pulling their usual (down for maintenance)  pussy move.
Is it true that stamp went down? I've yet to see that personally.

So few people seem to understand what effect futures will or won't have that I don't believe it's priced in in either direction. An ETF is far more obvious.

I suppose the only circumstances might be thickos thinking 'oh no, muh Wall St delayed' but I don't think they count for much.

IIRC 4 big exchanges all shit the bed in peak volume.  It's not like its a new thing.  Just say the word 'volume' and smoke starts to leak out of Kraken.
