Is crypto dead?  Roll Eyes

No. It's just really fucking wasted from a hard night of partying and took a bit of a tumble, and passed out.

Bitcoin just needs to sleep it off a bit. Like the honey badger...

... will wake up again and not give a fuck.
Oh wow so edgy and cool wow how can I be cool like you wow?

Stiglitz gives the Noble price such a bad name. Not only because of these dinosaur remarks on Bitcoin but als his quest to abolish cash. The man sounds like a total aparatsjik.

The *Swedish* National Bank gave the Nobel prize a bad name, I think is the truth. If he weren't a skeleton, poor old Alfred would be turning in his grave.

Some guy on Reddit lost a bet that BTC wouldn't hit $10K and said he would eat his left nut...

Apparently he did it

Too scared to watch...

It's a rickroll. Who'd cut off their ball for a bet?

1) 3 BTC
2) Tulip fields
3) Emily Ratajkowski

Huh

Easy. #1 because with my 3 BTC I will soon be able to do #2 and #3 (and be left with more than 2 BTC)...
#2 you get to buy 2.5 BTC which is only half a BTC short of #1 in the first year alone, which is just about to end. Going to end up with more Bitcoins with #2, especially if you reinvest.

Well, 2017 is out, tulip money will come after you sell them. By that time you will barely be able to buy 1 BTC with that money. The following year it will be 0.1 BTC, the one after that 0.01 BTC, ad infinitum. With option #2 you'll end up with exactly 1.111... BTC, according to my calculations.
2017 is almost out, so we're getting 2.5 BTC in the first year and who knows what in the second year. Keep in mind that the tulip field is also real estate which is bound to have quite some value. Might even want to consider just selling it for more Bitcoin than #1 anytime before or after the first round of profits. Tongue

OK, either #1 or #2 is fine with me. But, for heaven's sake, NOT #3. I find the look of that woman (specifically, her face) ugly as hell!

Haha, this is gold. Shitcoin traders whining about being margin called and liquidated, when clearly they have zero understanding what razor thin floats and overinflated price markets they are trading in.

Whale shitcoin traders are holding tens of thousands of these penny stock shitcoins, and can dump and pretty much margin call you any time they see where your stops are set.

By that logic, all fiat and even precious metals had a green candle against crypto. Lol

Not to sound bearish, but looking at the charts it's clear that the pump started in earnest on 11/24 @ ~$8200.

So we could end up revisiting that level at some point. Which would still be healthy and wouldn't end this upward trajectory.

Also, the conspiracist in me says that the pumpers planned to dump ahead of The Big Bang Theory episode. I guess they don't want 3M new Average Joes to jump in to bitcoin. Got to keep them far away. I'm sure the episode will paint Bitcoin in a bad light, like some sort of fly-by-night get rich quick scam...
I agree... maybe it's a coincidence but it's funny how I spotted regular media talking about cryptos while we had this massive dump.

It's both a perfect way to put away people that think this is a scam and attracting new investors waiting for an opportunity to jump in.

Yeah, I'm about as anti-tether as anyone now, but that would be expected if USDT was doing it's job of tethering to the USD.
Bitcoin fell, so the USD(T) went up in comparison.

The real problems will start when that isn't the case, rather USDT falls with Bitcoin out of the 1 USD range, then it could come crashing down.
