 If you had to pick one, which one would it be:1) Hold 3 BTC with the potential it being worth $100.000s or more in years time. You can spend it however you want but you cannot buy more BTC ever. 2) 20 Acres of Tulip fields. You can only use it to grow Tulips and sell them on in The Netherlands. Annual profit $25.000 but you don't have to do anything. 3) Have Emily Ratajkowski as your wife. Put up with her body and her shit for the rest of your life with no option for divorce, ever. 1) 3 BTC

I'd like to own acres of land but with trees, a lake, a clearing with my house in the middle, not flowery crap ! I find Emily Ratasomething very attractive but I'm against marriage. I might choose 3 if she's forced to be my wife no matter what, then I'd be able to cheat on her when she becomes annoying or prefer our children to me. But even then it would be a difficult choice. Also there's a flaw in your proposal, if I can take 2 or 3 and buy myself 3 bitcoins... |

Just stay the hell away from them. Seriously, after stealing a third of everything people had deposited with them, what more is it gonna take before people get a clue? It's difficult, because as a Bitfinex user one could think that all those comments are just FUD from shills to manipulate the market, since not everybody is affected right now. The exact same thing was happening with MtGox months before they closed all operations for real, but until then you couldn't be sure what was really going on. I will say it again: we all should be requesting real audits from well known companies to every single exchange. If you are not sure if your exchange is fucking things up, it's fucking things up. Get. Out. Didn't feel sorry for goxers, and don't feel sorry for finexers now, but still can't help commenting on something so obvious. They are scammers. Get your money out. Yep, "Where there's smoke, there's fire." I'm starting to wonder if the majority of day traders are sociopaths. They are certainly further towards the r end of the spectrum than hodlers. Short time preference instead of playing the long game. I see it with my family too. |

It's not just Kraken, though I certainly have no love for them. Yesterday demonstrated that all the exchanges are still splashing around in the shallow end of the pool. That at this late date not even Coinbase is able to dynamically scale hardware and bandwidth to meet demand is really pretty disturbing.
They have ONE job.

At least GDAX orders went through....Kraken crashed every single time.... I can barely log in on Kraken and orders are extremely slow in processing. I cannot trade like this, i need a snappy and quick platform and thats why i cloesd the Kraken door |
