slight correction

if you pay in cash he will gladly take the $80 as his staff doesn't have to fight the insurance company for it for it

Why would you think that?

If the bill says $120, you're on the hook for $120 w/o insurance.

Plus, my last doctor was a lady woman.

pro tip

negotiate a cash fee ahead of time

I have done this, it is a real thing.

I don't know if ALL doctors have a separate cash schedule, but many do, it pays to ask.

Back in my bupe days (way before the opioid crisis, I guess I was ahead of the curve or something) the doc only accepted cash... up front no less. Gee I wonder why?
My insurance did, however, cover the astronomical cost of the texas toast meds after I jumped through a billion hoops.
One place actually refused to fill the script...bastards. Thank phuk I'm outta that game now. Good lord.... the smh stories I could tell though....

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Stamp is out of coin again. Buying another 1000 BTC there would push the price close to $10k.

Stamp conveniently down whilst we’re in the middle of a pump?

Cheesy

Edit - Now back!

Seems to me that Stamp has been pretty damned reliable, over the years, relatively speaking.... even during high volatility periods... Of course, there have been some SNAFUs here and there, and there was even a bit of a movement in this thread, in the 2015/2016 time period to attempt to cause Bitfinex to become the "go to" standard; however, a lot of damned confidence was lost in Bitfinex during the August 2016 purported hackening event.

Bitstamp seemed to have done a pretty good job over the years, even though I did like their old order book wall graph look and appearance better than the current one that is on the trading view page.. and weren't they bought out by some Korean company a few years ago, but still seemed to have been able to maintain themselves as a pretty reliable standard... and a "go to"... at least so far..
