I read this and immediately got mad I no longer have a brewing kit, I need to get one going again, even if it's a few of those shitty small kits. I want a continuing supply of beer. I am not a liquor guy.

Try making turnip wine instead.

There's no need to buy a beer kit. Just make wine from raw turnips using this recipe.

Thank gawd for under tables and out back doors... or in this case out from under the chickens in a local market.

My sweetie went into town to buy some pesos and supplies and managed to bring me back a couple dozen cold beers.

They were a little steep... 20 pesos each... but they banned all alcohol sales in Quintana Roo a week or 2 ago and I`m amazed we could still get any at all.
