looks like going down a bit.
buy order set at $54.321.
I don't know, but somehow i don't want it to get filled this time.

I like the .321 part (also couples nicely with the 54). I used to put orders like this back in 2016. You could spot them easily in the order tables. I even used .314 and other important numbers like that.

No more orders for me now. In 100% HoDL mode, and soon (possible when we exceed $100k) switching to "dream-fulfillment" mode. One dream at a time. One of the first dreams will be a good mirrorless APS-C/full-frame camera and a couple of good lenses.

Yeah, i used to put straight orders like $54.500 (as originally planned), this is the first "funny order"  Cool
Have i mentioned the Canon EOS-M already? You can convert all of the Canon EF/s and EF lenses to it, on the downside it has a small body, just more uncomfy to shoot for longer times. I'd like to see a polyurethane body kit on the market or some extra grip that enlargens the body of this thing. A steadycam grip would be too much, i guess. Maybe Novoflex offers some compromise?

Just saw that you want a full-frame  Roll Eyes
Always choose the body by the lenses you (want to) have.

Good advice, thanks. I'm a Canon guy. Very old, but fully working body (20D) and a few lenses. Will check out the EOS-M. Had the feeling that Canon somehow started lagging behind other brands in recent years, but haven't been following the very latest models. Hopefully it has caught up.

Edit:

Not necessarily. I will consider both APS-C and full-frame. There are some fine APS-C cameras out there. I'm liking the Fujifilm X-T4.

Unless you already have some lenses, I would recommend looking at the Fuji X series - fabulous camera bodies and their glass is exceptional.  The X-TNN series bodies are a bit smaller and cheaper than the X-TN series but very nearly as capable.  If you go current gen-1 you'll be able to get a body at a great price.

Edited to add : I see from your other post you are a Canon user - depending on what lenses you have it may be worth looking at the Canon options, however, I moved from Canon to Fuji, selling all my Canon kit (including L lenses) and haven't looked back.   Much, much prefer the Fuji system.

Would certainly think carefully before going full frame - if you mainly want to shoot studio/portrait stuff then yes, but otherwise APS-C is probably more versatile and useful.

Yeah, me too. I already updated my post, the EOS-M is a cropped APS/C, not full frame. I have to look at the market as well, my last buy was the 7D, working for 10 years with only a minor flaw. A screw came loose and shorted the battery. Drained in a minute, Error 99 and so on. Easy repair, did it myself.

I really like the Fujifilm X-T4. After my COVID-19 illness/recovery, I pledged to buy it, but I haven't (yet). Bitcoin's rise has kept me waiting. Will do something when we exceed $100k. Life's for living, right?

Fuji got a little off scope, since sony, panasonic and the likes went into the DSLR market.
For APS-C it's also a matter of sharpness. You want sharper RAW (and Jpeg), you want less pixel density. Most Sensors are just too pumped and use heavy software sharpening. 6MP at APS-C format seemed to be the cutoff point to me, above 10MP the pix got considerably less crispy. In that case you want a less-Megapixel full-frame, but one has to be aware he can only mount full frame lenses on it (which are heavier, more expensive but also more sturdy). I am using some EF full frame lenses on my cropped 7D. They also have higher quality glass. It's the weakest link in the chain that sets the image quality. Just try a 1980's canon lens on a new body. Looks like fog on the sensor.

You don't do nothing wrong with a Fuji.
Grab it while you're young  Cheesy

It's ok to have more than one system. I had nikon and canon, along with sony for some time.

EDIT: Funny order $54321 got filled. Number can now go up again  Grin Cool

Looking at my drawings and lines, it looks like a legit little correction to me.

EDIT: Meaning we should go up again now.

EDIT2: What if bull market 2021 is more or less only up and sideways from now on? Did we have such a bull run before? I mean because honey badger is gonna doing things a little different than in the past, as usual.

Thanks, homerx10 had so many requests, so i decided to offload him by one and did it myself.
Welcome Max Headlaser!  Cheesy

As my last buy order got filled, i recognized that i got sufficiently good at evulating the charts and moves.
Let me thank my "mentors" of Bitcoin management and trading: JJG, HML, LotV8 and the few i likely already forgot.
