I am not one of you. You can say that again. Your a unique beast (aka snowflake)... OT: New York becoming first U.S. state declaring Monkeypox outbreak a 'State Disaster Emergency'? Now wanting to get all New Yorkers vaccinated for it? shocked_pikachu_face.jpg /s I'm sure the new monkeypox vaccines will be SaFu AnD EffEctIve ! Whatever happened to testing on non-human subjects? Whatever happened to needing to have an actual emergency prior to declaring one? Full pic, where did this bring me yesterday And today ….. I am so jealous! Tomorrowland is on my bucket list for sure. Hopefully I get there while I can still bounce I'm not sure if it's even possible not to but have fun Mr. El duderino_! Gotta agree with uie-pooie on that everpresent goal of getting to tomorrowland, xhomerx10 Caused me to refresh my memory with the below little snip-it of a gem: >>>>>>>>> Alice carefully released the brush and did her best to get the hair into order. “Come, you look rather better now!” she said, after altering most of the pins. “But really you should have a lady’s maid!”
“I’m sure I’ll take you with pleasure!” the queen said. “Twopence a week and jam every other day.”
Alice couldn’t help laughing as she said, “I don’t want you to hire me—and I don’t care for jam.” “It’s very good jam,” said the queen.
“Well, I don’t want any today, at any rate.”
“You couldn’t have it if you did want it,” the queen said. “The rule is, jam tomorrow and jam yesterday—but never jam today.”
“It must come sometimes to ‘jam today,’ ” Alice objected.
“No, it can’t,” said the queen. “It’s jam every other day: today isn’t any other day, you know.”
“I don’t understand you,” said Alice. “It’s dreadfully confusing!’’
“That’s the effect of living backward,” the queen said kindly. “It always makes one a little giddy at first—”<<<<<<<<<< https://www.laphamsquarterly.org/time/tomorrow-and-yesterday

No, supply and demand dictates the price, nothing else, read a book, preferably economics 101.
Who do you think controls the supply, DeBeers for example? What dictates the price of Diamonds? Surely the cost of mining determines the rock bottom price regardless of its supply. You should move past Econ 101, maybe start with Dr. Seuss Who controls the price of Bitcoin? Bitmain, Tether(Bitfinex, willyBot 2.0), and soon Intel

George Takai is still around I think? At 91 William Shatner seems a lot more with it than Patrick Stewart at near 10 years younger. Stewart has looked like an embarrassment on screen (and off with his woke rants) for a number of years I'd say. I don't mind Star Trek Generations but they were utter fools to kill Kirk off it has to be said. Could have still been part of the adventures for some years after that I reckon. Star Trek went completely off the rails since First Contact. Such a shame. Then again maybe they saved Shatner quite a bit from NOT being part of the awful Star Trek things we have had to endure since the 90s I guess.

I'm sure they could have found a way to bring him back if it was on the cards. He probably had other things to be doing.
