It always locks on round numbers. Must be human psychology. Would be interesting to see the price lock at $26,450 for a change. Or, even better, lock at $264,500.

"Buy and hodl" is my favourite Back in the early days, I used to set limit prices based on the digits of Pi or other math constant. Like $314.159. It was fun to spot the transaction as it went through in the order book. Now I just do round numbers like the rest of us. PS: This could even be an OPSEC issue I guess (but I bet there are many more OCD types out there)... |

Why do you think that someone can give you a precise answer to that question? We can speculate as much as we want, but it will not make us any smarter to come up with an answer that could be considered precise in the sense you expect. Scenario A is that something positive will happen that will push the BTC price up, and scenario B is that something negative will happen that will keep the price below $30 000. Anyway, expecting a big bull run in the year before the halving has so far turned out to be an unrealistic option, but no one is stopping you from hoping, you can even write a letter to Santa Claus to make your wish come true  |

Well, the user was trying to infer on what common thoughts might be and probably not expecting an precise speculation and where the bench mark for the year ending would be but then. I just think this is some of the ways in which speculation ought yo have been done like you have outlined there. Not just looking at the positive aspect to where price could sit in the end of the year but also, take a walk to the wild and negative side where one could hope the worst would sit as well. In all, you stil have yo acknowledge that it could either be the more worst than speculated or better.
You know, I’ve come to a realization that just hit me on how, this board could be very important to the forum being bitcoin concerned and the hourly price update even as it’s AI generated and I didn’t expect it not to be. Many at times, we get to live the forum to other sites like Coinmarketcap, Coinbase, etc to reference the bitcoin price but yet, we’ve got an almost mirror price reflection right here on speculation/wall observer. Not paying attention to detail ( Observe) seem to have got the most of most of us and the terms to sig. |
