Yep, there comes the profit-taking. I am sure that wasn't the start of the run-up we are expecting all, but definitely a nice and promising move. The excuse of the moment is that Blackrock ETF has been removed from the DTCC filing. It doesn't change anything, but the hype is negatively impacted. |

 Earlier today, I just saw this question, and I was like, is this fellow not seeing changes in BTC movement?With my believe, even before the end of this year Bitcoin can reach a price of $50k to $60k and the bumming shows that Bitcoin is heading towards that state of 50 to 60. However, it have been a while Bitcoin bumped this fast. When we are talking about what bitcoin "could do" I think that 3.5x to 8x in a few months is not really too far out of the question, even though such a happening might well be in the below 15% probabilities.. more than 8x in 3 months would be a pretty crazy kind of thing, but also not impossible in the way that bitcoin is actually structured (you have heard of limited supply, I suppose?).. With my little candle that has been on for a while now (with my little experience), I believe I must have come across the idea of limited supply before. So, I can say that while the founders of Bitcoin were creating it, they installed a specific methodology in it, and what they installed inside BTC were very concerned about the appropriate numbers of Bitcoin it was supposed to extract. I strongly believe that Satoshi Nakamoto has a good reason for making Bitcoin not be more than the 21 million he wanted it to be. |

How long have you guys been here again? You know that every late autumn, winter and early spring bitcoin goes up, in the summer it goes sideways, it does that for two years, and then, year three it goes up a lot in late autumn/early winter, and then it nosedives for a year until it has gone down 80% ish. The new cyckle begins almos exactly a year after the nosedive bottom is hit. This has happened several cycles now and this is only the first year it goes up in this cycle. There will be no super duper uppity, it will go up to maybe, if we are lucky, 40-45000. Next year it will do the same thing, go up about 100 ish %. I once saw an interview with a guy that visits lottery winners and hands their money over. Whenever he was asked for a recommendation on how to invest the money, he used to say "It's unlikely that you will have so much luck in the lottery again. I advise all my clients to use the money to realize their dreams". I was personally thinking that this is the best advice ever BUT it was before Bitcoin existed. I wonder, but if i imagine to be that guy, i'd say "Put half of the money in Bitcoin and protect it, use the other half to realize your dreams. If you haven't got any dream, put the other half into Bitcoin as well" Realizing your dream is a rare opportunity in a lifetiime, it's worth at least as much as any amount of Bitcoin at any future time, imo. Bob did the absolutely right thing, and he, as well as us (br)others has limited lifetime. There's no reason for regret. |
