I will say that I would give him a second chance, because people who did much worse things got it (I don't mean exclusively the US). However, Ross will get a second chance only if someone powerful enough wants it - and it seems that his best chance is for Trump to become president. I'm not saying that he will really release him, but some thoughts go in that direction.

I would go for 1.5-2 million BTC, as for buying of shares worth billions of dollars, it's actually a good idea but the uncertainty that is tied with it is the fact that, the company can just wake up any day and liquidate or supposedly run into either some government new policies that will create an unfavorable condition for business flow, which might hamper the growth of investment of said company I've bought their shares. so i would rather go for Bitcoin and manage my Risk.
