We went down to 98700, my buy back order at 96500 doesn't seem that far fetched now does it ?

Also I've done KYC on Poloniex where I had dust laying around, it turns out that dust is worth 5 figures now.

Now I need to do the cryptopia thing but that one is a hassle and I'm not sure I have something left.

Very weird as when I refused KYC with them they sold off all my assets at the lowest number (after taking a socialized 30% loss from what I have no clue) from the previous year and sent the check to my attorney general.

Thats when they lied and said there would be assets withdrawal allowed if they ever institute kyc after goldman ballsacks bought them.

The funny thing is I didn't actually refuse KYC, I refused to agree to their arbitration clause they instituted at the same time and they kept lying saying I was refusing KYC but in order to do KYC you had to accept their bullshit new fuck you over terms.

It was only like $1500 so no big deal but even so they showed what kind of pieces of shit they are and I won't deal with scumbags like that ever.

I did look into suing their asses but the cost outlay just was not worth the effort.

Now if the assets I had on there a few months prior that I had removes when I found out circle was buying them had been seized and liquidated then I would have those fuckers in court.

Hmm, now that I think of it with the new administration moving oin maybe the fed would be interested in this as they couldn't care less when it happened.

The times they are a changing. Cheesy

Anyone here having a problem with TalkImg?

I just made a gay Christmas card hoping to boost the Bitcoin price and when I tried to upload it to TalkImg, AVG said the site was infected with phishing malware. Never had a problem before.

Is this just an AVG glitch or should I take them seriously?
_______

Edit:

In the meantime, here's a generic one obtained by googling...

El Salvador once again bought 11 bitcoins today. They also bought 11 bitcoins yesterday.

No, I'm not having any problems. I just extracted the picture link from TalkImg and added it to the post.

Thanks. I was already aware of imgbb but hadn't used them yet.

I'll try TalkImg on another system with a different AV. I was just surprised to have AVG pop up when accessing TalkImg.

For now one gay card per day will suffice. My homemade one can wait.

Still can't decide on that hardware wallet...  Roll Eyes
I want to dodge the ledger(s), originally wanted to choose a follow-up hw wallet as cold storage.
Now, when coming to feature sets, security design and even price, the choices are almost no-brainers, but going through the FUD and spam with the ledger's, i started to question the need of a hw wallet at all.
I could live with seedword lists and computers, but there will be less convenience in some usecases and security of storing the words would become even more crucial.

On the other hand, i like Passport's and Coldcard's stuff and have the required bucks to spend...

Many of us have said fuck Ledger.. they have shitty products and it has a lot of issues.

Trezor is very good and very user-friendly.

I heard that Passport is easier than Coldcard, and I found Passport to be way more difficult to use as compared with Trezor, and surely they have some air gapped security measures, but it can be a bit complicated to have standard wallets and passphrase wallets on the Passport.. .. but I am still practicing with it.. since I wanted to experiment a bit more.  Of course, anything you get should be open-source, and surely Ledger is not quite open source and they even admitted to having some abilities to access coins under certain circumstances, which should cause any of us to pause...even though they are a very popular shitcoin wallet, yet Trezor has a lot of shitcoins, too, even though you could get a bitcoin only version of Trezor.. which is just choosing which firmware to run, so any of the Trezor models can be bitcoin only or allow shitcoins depending on choice of firmware. .and even you could switch at a later date, too..

Seems like things have stabilized a bit.
Of course there is a stability now in the market, though the drop happened so quickly unlike when it drops to 92k. Did you took some chances?

No, I didn’t do anything. I’m not planning to do anything major until I have to pay taxes. I’m still very much in the camp that the high for this cycle is still months away from happening. I’d rather sell too late than too early…

Looks like we’re back on 100K watch. We hit $99,400 a minute ago. I thought we might do it.
There is lot of selling pressure that surpasses the buying pressure, apparently market may possibly maintained same position from now till Christmas eve when other market closes for the holidays. $92-100k, then 25th against 26th there will be a breakout.

was going through a friend status i find this.

But for real, this should be the way to deal with bank Undecided.

I've used Trezor since 2013, love their devices and you can even flash BTC only firmwares on it. Have owned a few Ledgers as well (I like to tinker) but Trezor is where it's at for me

Was about to post the same thing. I've had two Trezors, the original Model One since 2017, and, more recently, the Safe 3. Absolutely no issues, and very satisfied. Between the two, I'd pick the Safe 3, as it allows everything to be done via its screen and buttons (no PC keyboard necessary, although you can still use it for convenience), and it also includes a Secure Element.

About Ledger, I bought two of them (I think it was the Nano S), one for me and one for a friend. Never opened mine, and ended up gifting it to another friend, so I don't have any experience on its use. Although I've heard positive things about their wallets, after the user data breach that happened to the company a few years ago, I lost confidence in them.

I'd recommend the Trezor Safe 3. I just saw there is now a new model, the Safe 5, with a color touchscreen. If you're into this sort of thing and expect to be using the wallet frequently, you can get that one for the convenience of the touchscreen. The Safe 3 is ideal for me, as I like its simplicity and don't use it very often.

On that note, where is Bob?

Bob seemed to got fed up with this place, bc. it's no more the place he used to enjoy staying in. There has been a history of personal disappointments, too, which you might have witnessed.
He only rarely posts here since a year or so.

@heslo, JJG and AlcoHoDL: Thanks for sharing your opinions, i was always attracted by Trezor, i don't know why i ever decided to get one. Seems like it's time to give them a chance.

I think I should go for this safe 3, I have been thinking of getting one since 2022 but never been a serious about it.
