I read the book (apparently, not close enough) and saw the movie, still do not remember that phrase/riddle, but google says that it is, indeed, a quote from the book.
Still a puzzle re the meaning, though.

Fair enough.  I had not seen that guy (Brandon Hart) or that video previously.  I can can use my imagination with the combination of those clues.  No problem.  I might have similarities, and surely some guys age more eloquently than others, including the existence of genetic components.. and even some guys who really look bad at an early age, yet it also seems to me that some level of efforts (and trying to stay active, eat decently well, and get enough hours of sleep 6-8-ish) will likely improve looks and overall energy levels (including bio markers).

I like the song myself, just living a slightly different version of it these days.

In other news, I just saw a forecast in the US representing a dildo... I'm assuming this can only mean good things to come? <-- I had the urge to change the spelling here but I'll leave it alone.

my typical breakfast was the

greek yogurt
 a teaspoon of the powdered cinnamon stir it in the plain yogurt looks like it is chocolate color.

then drop some nuts say walnuts or almonds or brazil .

this is a very high protein high fat meal with very little carbs.

you can vary it with a few blueberries or a small banana.

I could list what fruits work for me, but you could be different as body chemistry matter.

Bad fruit for me:

Oranges
Grapes
Raisins.

Good fruit.

Blueberries
Strawberries
Banana
Apples
Pears .

Worst foods.

 Bread
Pasta
cereals.

As for a1c I was 12.1 when discovered which is basically dude you are dying do something.

With my a1c in the 5.3 to 6.3 range it  is much much much better.

Normally pizza is considered not good for people with Diabetes. We made a chicken pizza today at home with thin crust and I eat to my full. I am also posting reading of my blood sugar after 2 hrs of eating first slice of pizza.
If I eat one or two slice of pizza from any fast food chain the reading's will be terrible.

Key takeaway is home made food is best for people with diabetes not the processed one.

I thought the popular thing nowadays was using a cauliflower crust. I’ve personally never tried it but I see it at the supermarket so I assume it’s the healthy thing of the day. Personally I like to enjoy an unhealthy pizza every once in a while. It’s a cheat meal. I don’t have too much interest in making the things I enjoy worse so I can enjoy them less more often.
