Imho, "personal" human touch would become progressively more valuable as it would be considered unique in the corp world.

Recall interacting with some (almost all?) company phone 'semi-AI' assistant...I feel such a relief when I finally break through to a 'live' person, with all their faults.
The 'phone-assistants/chat agents' are such a drag, currently. It's like pulling teeth.
