I hope so, price always dumps during this stupid conference. It’s like a tradition or something.

I’d like to see the price hold strong and not go any lower than $105,000. Ideally we bounce and close the week above $110,000 to set up price discovery with all time highs next week.

i had to look up this one  Wink

EDIT Morehead just told a funny story about wanting to buy $2 mil of btc sometime in 2011-2013 (i did not get when it was), maybe on Mt Gox or, maybe on early Coinbase.
Then the guy named Olaf told him that he can only buy something worth of "50 bucks', then increased it to "300 bucks"...hilarious.
Since the guy below was employee #3 on Coinbase, it is, perhaps, clear who was that Olaf:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olaf_Carlson-Wee

He now has a fund, called Polychain:

Friends of the forum,

Today, I bring you a cause that touches the soul and showcases the power of love and hope. Meet Mauro, a 46-year-old man facing a brutal battle against extremely aggressive prostate cancer, with metastasis to his bones and spinal cord compression. He has already lost movement in his legs, lives in pain, and needs to be carried to leave home.

But Mauro's story isn't just about pain. It's a story of unwavering love. Five years ago, he found Marlon, the love of his life. They married within two months and built a life of complicity and dreams. Today, Marlon, just 27, quit his job to be Mauro's full-time caregiver, his "foundation, support – love in the form of care."

Mauro has tried all available treatments through Brazil's public healthcare system (SUS), but nothing has worked. The disease is progressing rapidly, and he has been without medication for two months. Hope, however, arrived with a new treatment: Lutetium. Thanks to an initial wave of solidarity, the first dose was already administered on April 25th!

But the treatment is just beginning. He needs several more doses of Lutetium, and each one costs R$64,000 (approximately $12,000 USD, depending on the exchange rate). The current goal is R$460,000 (approximately $86,000 USD) to ensure he has this real chance to live.

"Denying this medicine is the same as denying life."

Your donation, no matter how small, has a direct and immediate impact on Mauro's life, helping him continue fighting and reclaim his life alongside Marlon.

The campaign is verified and secure, hosted on the Voaa.me platform, from Razões para Acreditar (Reasons to Believe).

You can be the key player in this chain of life!

Or, if you prefer, donate directly with cryptocurrencies (Binance):

BTC: bc1qnylm8
ETH: 0xd3b6d16ec
SOL: 8SrcrbNjuKDhy
BNB: 0xd3b6d18177c30
We count on your generosity to give Mauro a chance at a future.

Thank you very much!

please do not beg here.

If IBIT & FBTC allows redemption/creation that is not taxable, it would be quite interesting.

So far, of all the stocks currently in my various IRAs, etc. IBIT/FBTC are the best performers by far, vastly outperforming COIN, albeit it you bought COIN in late 2022, it would have been almost a 10-bagger too. I switched to IBIT/FBTC from GBTC, practically without any discount whatsoever, contrary to what most people were proselyting here.

I did a reverse saylor with my mstr, sold it and converted to Ibit back aways. Can’t remember exactly but it was like buying Btc at under 20k when we were in 50-70k chop. When I’m near my sheets will look it up.

I have a bit of MSTU and conl deffo in money but will prob sell them this year at some point.

Wouldn’t touch gme for now but might consider it, I do much prefer to be my own custodian barring some etf ownership

Even though we are a somewhat autonomous thread, if you report begging to moderator and it will be deleted.

edit: lol - looks like I'm ESL but originally I just wrote, "report begging to moderator and it will be deleted."
and then I thought I should introduce the concessive idea that we are an autonomous thread which might lead people to believe nothing can be acheived by reporting a post.  Anyway...  on reading that sentence in quoted replies, I was wondering if I have early-onset dementia but I was able to explain it away  Smiley
