fucking buddy.

add some bell peppers and onions pop in in the oven

it was  in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350f

ready to be plated. It was salted going into the over. I go pepper free
because the wife is anti pepper.

So a 16.5 oz steak thick cut
some
1) avacodo oil
2) a secret ingredient
3) salt
4) bell peppers and onions
About 10-12 minutes to brown it and 15 minutes in the oven at 350f

comes as a true medium very moist and juicy and no taste of pink rare meat.

obviously you can cook it less in the oven if you want some pink rare or like Trump cook it more in the oven to get it well done.

Looks very nice and yummy!

I don't like the look and taste of pink rare meat. It repulses me, to the point of throwing up. I want it very well done. If done correctly, it can still be tender and juicy, and not looking like you're eating it raw.

I like the way yours looks. Enjoy it!

Anti pepper! What's wrong with that woman?  Huh

I USED TO LIKE HOT PEPPER

all kinds but as I age it seems to make bad bad bad bad acid reflux for me.

So I do not eat much pepper any more.

Also pepper is a cheap spice designed to distract from the flavor of what you are eating.

Ie I taste the steak when I eat this not the pepper and the steak is the treat.

This goes for brisket
This goes for Lamb
This goes for Pork
This goes for Chicken
This goes for Turkey

and it especially goes for fish. Good fish fresh fish and or seafood needs a minimum of spices.

If I buy oysters maybe a touch of lemon for fresh raw oysters.
If I buy lobster some  clarified butter sauce and nothing else.
Crabs no old bay seasoning it hides the freshness of the crab.

Basically I like to taste into the protein itself more then anything else.

That's weird because I use hot sauce to kill acid indigestion.

I find a shot of capsicum kills enough of the bad biom to cure it for a month or so.

Phil - Hueristic is right! The capsaicin in spicy peppers and hot sauces will boost metabolism, making you have more energy and less likely to gain unwanted weight - it's almost like a natural GLP-1.

nah I likely have the issue due to the diabetes meds.

And if you ever had acid reflux and are tossing back capsicum and acid the pain is very very very high end.

Oh back to my newer dead horse
