The guy must be around 35. Super Fit
Can you share your diet plan for others to get benefit, specially things you avoid.
Pretty sure I’m doing it wrong actually I sport to much…. Rest to little, but I just like to sport in the morning and sometimes evening …. I don’t eat after 19/20h and my first meal is in the morning actually noon-ish after 12/13h after sporting never before (when going to a restaurant etc then ofc it’s eating after 20h) Only on holiday I eat different and start the day with breakfast, don’t eat much during the day bc mainly active things doing…. And eat in the evening … But I don’t know …. I surely don’t do it properly myself, but this works for me and give me some good feeling during the day I guess that’s the most important, finding some balanced routine that’s ok for yourself -Very good diet, intermittent fasting is similar, but, in the day-to-day routine, it is not good to stay more than 4 hours without something in the stomach, ...according to some doctors...

Eating healthy meals and doing activity like sports is enough to make ones healthy and you set specific meal time thats what make it more perfect. I believe you avoid junk food. But without gym is it really possible to build a body like this? -Very good diet, intermittent fasting is similar, but, in the day-to-day routine, it is not good to stay more than 4 hours without something in the stomach, ...according to some doctors...
I think he mean by saying 20h is 20:00 or 8:00pm while 12h mean 12:00 pm

I think he mean by saying 20h is 20:00 or 8:00pm while 12h mean 12:00 pm Exercise is good especially in the morning. But starving all in the name of exercise is not something i encourage. At least a cup of water in the morning before embarking on your daily routine is adviceable. Junk food is bad if you want to keep fit .hit the gym to get the perfect shape you are looking for. Staying hungry for a long time will drain you and you know you need strength and stamina to keep pushing. Good luck on your daily routines

If your DNA is good, you can be a bit careless with your diet and daily habits, and still be very fit, healthy and handsome. I believe that's what happens in your case -- you have been blessed with high quality genes. You still need to put hard word, discipline, dedication, but it's easier if you are genetically positively predisposed. And, of course, you can still fuck things up if you are totally careless, eat junk food every day and don't exercise regularly. Good for you man! Enjoy it!

-Very good diet, intermittent fasting is similar, but, in the day-to-day routine, it is not good to stay more than 4 hours without something in the stomach, ...according to some doctors...
I'm a big fan of intermittent fasting. I believe it is good for our body. In fact, intermittent fasting is more compatible with our body than 5 meals/day which is heavily promoted by mainstream media. Think about it. Our DNA has evolved over millions of years, during which the prehistoric human had to hunt to survive, and had to spend days without food. Those humans did not have refrigerators to prepare breakfast every day, and could not store and have food readily available like modern humans. Intermittent fasting is closer to our DNA than the non-stop eating habits we have developed in modern times. I often do 23 hours of fasting + 1 hour of eating. It has helped me a lot in getting rig of excess fat and keeping insulin spikes to a minimum. I've never had problems with diabetes, and intend to keep it that way. My A1C is at 4.5, which is very good. When out with friends, I do break my fast and do eat junk food sometimes, but it's not the norm. I exercise every day, no exceptions. Even simple tasks like taking very long walks. I do at least 300 km (200 mi) / month of running, jogging, walking. I use a tracking app to record my progress. I think it's a positive feedback loop, which can work both ways, good and bad. On the good side, seeing the benefits gives you strength and discipline to continue. On the bad side, you end up becoming obese and addicted to junk food, at which point it feels impossible to turn things around. tl;dr: it's a combination of good DNA, healthy habits and common sense; eating well, keeping active, don't overdo things, maintain balance. Last but not least: buy/HODL Bitcoin -- you'll need to stay strong and healthy to be able to enjoy it. That alone should steer you in the right direction.

Exercise works best only if it's backed by proper diet. I m trying to cut off all sort of eating by 8pm because that really works in controlling your weight. The lesser you eat, more better you will feel.

Sounds good to me. You're keeping it under control. And from what I can see from your photos, you're enjoying it too (essential, otherwise it will fail). I had dinner at 8pm last night, will eat again around the same time tonight. No breakfast. Coffee/tea is OK (no sugar!). Some say diet sodas are OK. I drink Coke Zero sometimes (a lot, actually). Purists wouldn't touch it. No insulin spike this way. This unlocks fat reserves, so the body can burn fat for fuel --> weight loss (from fat). Adding sugar/carbs turns the body into fat storage mode, fat gets locked in, no way to burn it, so you burn the sugar/glycogen and then your metabolism shuts down (fatigue). I used to think it's just a matter of calories. I was so wrong -- it's not. Insulin is the key. The main thing is to avoid regular intake of carbs (sugar, flour, starchy foods). It can be tough in the beginning, but the benefits more than outweigh the initial discomfort. And soon it's not a problem to maintain it. It becomes the norm. I guess it's similar to drug addiction, takes an effort to kick the habit.
