Bottom of the bear trap reached. Final fase of the bull market has started. That 50% dump was soul crushing but necessary to wipe out those leveraged 50 × 100× retards, they wil not be giving a free ride.

Yes, the bullish signals on Friday were good, it gave the impression that we would break 70k easily, but 70k is looking like a stone in the shoe [...] 4. At some point between $20 and 30K (not at 8k), MSTR would be effectively bankrupt with a lot of dividend payments agreed to and very little equity. Who knows what desperate measures they would have to resort to.
So, I saw him talking about it at the conference, after talking and keeping talking that BTC goes to millions and millions point million.... ...He said something like this> that if Bitcoin stays below 8K for more than five years, they could start liquidating some positions... # Michael Saylor says strategy won't sell Bitcoin even at $8,000: 'We'll refinance the debt'
I didn't find his speech at the conference, but there are these interviews that question this, and he can refinance his loans, but why is he thinking about it? Are the big players plotting against him? I don't know... But for nothing he wouldn't talk in 8k, besides talking in millions and millions... # Where do I think that, where did he get this idea? What if the BTC purchases he makes don't interfere with their cash-balance, and he always says he won't sell, but will always buy, but if it stays below 8K maybe he needs to get rid of some positions?

Require that v = v * (1 - d% / 100) * (1 + u% / 100). Then
(1 - d% / 100) * (1 + u% / 100) = 1 => 1 + u% / 100 = 1 / (1 - d% / 100) => u% / 100 = 1 / (1 - d% / 100) - 1 => u% = 100 / (1 - d% / 100) - 100
For a 50% drop (d% = 50) we need a u% = 100 / (1 - 50 / 100) - 100 = 100 (100% up)
For an 11% drop (d% = 11) we need a u% = 100 / (1 - 11 / 100) - 100 = 12.36 (12.36% up)
So, both 11.5% and 23% are wrong, but 11.5% is much closer to 12.36% than 23%.

So for the sake of btc og needs to be way way way off his guesses.
I like that you think I’m guessing. However, as I’ve stated before, I don’t make guesses. I just tell you what is going to happen.

If Bitcoin does that, we will have bigger problems that relate to the continued survival and existence of Bitcoin than MSTR. We should put these things into the right perspective and only then decide if it is something to worry about.

If Bitcoin does that, we will have bigger problems that relate to the continued survival and existence of Bitcoin than MSTR. We should put these things into the right perspective and only then decide if it is something to worry about. I personally can't see Bitcoin below 40k in the long term, but these ideas of big investors saying that 10k is a strong support and he comes to say that if it stays below 8k for more than five years.(?)... I don't know these lines, maybe to encourage selling at the low price so they buy more, just like they are doing, and accumulate to the point that they can manipulate the price more easily.... ## if we drop to 8k the shit storm would be amazing don't even think about it.
Well, that's my question, why are they thinking about it? where do these ideas come from... But at the same time he says that tomorrow or the day after the price could be in the millions? ... very strange...

[/b] I personally can't see Bitcoin below 40k in the long term, but these ideas of big investors saying that 10k is a strong support and he comes to say that if it stays below 8k for more than five years.(?)... I don't know these lines, maybe to encourage selling at the low price so they buy more, just like they are doing, and accumulate to the point that they can manipulate the price more easily.... No I think it is the opposite. I think because so many people are causing this FUD speak about MSTR that they are doing this as a way to explain to those that don't understand their balance sheet and instruments. It is another way to explain just how strong their structuring and positioning are. How else would you put it? In terms that don't quantify anything? Just trust us, we won't go bankrupt any time soon? Well, that's my question, why are they thinking about it? where do these ideas come from...
Put the blame where it goes, the people that are spreading FUD online for whatever reason that is where these ideas come from... You're right, I should. I recently read a study in a medical journal, which showed that there is no insulin spike from diet soda. Not at all. Zero. But I've also read different opinions about the sweetener inducing some kind of "cephalic" response, by which the brain senses the sweetness and auto-triggers an insulin response (which contradicts the first study though). I lean towards trusting the first source (hard data), which is also convenient for me (!), as I like Coke Zero a lot (I know it's bad, but... everyone has their demons). I've also read that diet sodas could disrupt gut bacteria balance and negatively affect other benefits of fasting, like autophagy, so yes, it's not a good idea to drink this stuff. I'll try to cut it down (maybe try carbonated water?).
Hey I remembered I wanted to ask you something. Since you do 23 hour fasts, how is your exercise schedule and timing in relation to your eating period? What I have found that if you do very intense exercise it is key to break the fast right after and start with eating and supplements. It seems to have a huge difference in recovery time and feeling than if you postpone eating to your usual time, which could be many hours away depending on when you exercise and when you eat.
