OT:

So, M51, the "whirlpool galaxy", slowly eating it's neighboring galaxy.
The same will happen with Andromeda (M31) and the Milky Way, when Bitcoin will be Zillions in USD.
I binned the camera (4 sensor pixels act as one) for less integration time and shorter subexposures because of bad seeing (EDIT: and the telescope being a little drama queen). I adjusted the guiding of the new mount throughout the session to deliver sharper images, which helped a bit. Processing was a little nightmare, but AI based algorithms made me able to reduce much noise and blur, at the expense of the result looking a bit overpolished and "plasticy". Next one will be better. I also had to combat over 60% full moon, which reduces contrast quite a bit, and also indirectly adds to blurriness.

Why are so many people here so concerned with Satoshi's coins?

If Satoshi wanted to preserve them, he/she/they would have done so. Wasn't it Satoshi who said that lost keys shouldn't be considered lost coins but rather donations to everybody?

If they're inaccessible, be grateful for the donation.

Guys are not worried about them being lost (or locked up), but instead worried about them being able to be hacked into because they are in arguably higher vulnerable address formats.

In other words, Satoshi  would have had to have had purposefully make his coins no longer spendable rather than merely abandoning them and/or losing the keys.. and there is no evidence that he had done anything to make them unspendable in the address format that they are in.
You are right Jay, my fear is that this coin can be hacked and fload the market which is not going to be funny at all.
If this happens, it can have a mere infliction in the market which could make some investors that are only buying Bitcoin for the benefit alone to sell quickly due to their uncertainty.

If the coins can be made unspendable like the way the USDT of money launders and big time scammers are been frozen in their wallets by the order of the government, this will be better for all. Although stable coins are centralized with no trust at all.
If Satoshi coins can be made unspendable, this will be better and hackers would not want to waste their time anymore.

Better?
Why don't you post your addresses and people would vote to make YOUR coins unspendable, lol.
EDIT: Categorical Imperative: Act as you would want all other people to act towards all other people

Holy shit...I just realized my dumb ass opinion by putting myself in Satisho situation right now and I swear, I may cause violence if anything happens to my coin! My fear is that, our quantum computer experts should not take the first move to hack the wallet.

Paper corn boy gone.
Phil almost a 2-coiner.
Things are moving up!

The Wall Observer.
Wit, fun, fairies, rabbit holes.
Bitcoin too, sometimes!

She's getting cuter.
She's not going anywhere.
She's a true WOer!

BIP, BIP, here they come,
Hard-coding their dirty hands,
On Satoshi's coins!

Satoshi's not dead.
His Bitcoins are our Bitcoins.
We're all Satoshi!

A non-zero chance,
Of turning "sell when you must",
To "sell while you can"!

Don't do to others,
What you don't want done to you.
Hands off of our coins!

What if they are not, and actually are up for grabs by the quickest, best funded mofo? What will they do? I think this is the crux, and what we're talking about here.
They are going to be stolen. It is only a matter of time. The question is if we want the free market to handle the issue or if we want developers to steal the coins. Personally, I’d rather not be a part of the theft as a supporter of the network. I actually think a quantum computer stealing them is the better moral decision. At least that way I don’t have to be an accessory to the theft.
Well, there is that, but there is this too:
Frankly I want to see the cracking happen,
but I do not want some rich company score the coin.
While I don't want to see the cracking happen, I definitely agree with the part after "but". Especially considering that anyone with the know how and financial might to actually crack those addresses is likely not embracing anything that bitcoin stands for. There would be no second thoughts in extracting maximum value - and to hell with all the lucky cyberpunks!
To quote Jimbo's golden maxim, "sell when you must" would be replaced by "sell while you can".

Oh gawd.,. I find some of you guys both overly pessimistic, but also presuming that if something is not done, then some rich mofo is going to take all the coins, once he figures out the formula.

So, sure, that is a possibility of perhaps one of the worse case scenarios, yet maybe there is some need to try to think through the ramifications of such a concern were it to happen as compared to the real slippery slope bullshit that would happen if freezing (or otherwise intervening with Satoshi's coins or "vulnerable" coins)  were to actually end up happening and turning bitcoin into some variation of ethereum.. or maybe even a worse case of "smoke & mirrors" and make believe soundness of money.

And, yeah, what a bunch of bullshit presumption to believe that the BTC price would go down worse based on some undeserved rich person getting them as compared to the value that bitcoin will never achieve if it becomes something that can be changed if certain scared-ee-kittie folks whine hard enough.

Why are so many people here so concerned with Satoshi's coins?

Good.  Let them sell. So what?

If the coins can be made unspendable like the way the USDT of money launders and big time scammers are been frozen in their wallets by the order of the government, this will be better for all.

Oh gawd.  That sounds horrible for anyone to come in to make them unspendable.  We surely would not want to aspire to be "like USDT."  That would not be a good thing, for reals.

Although stable coins are centralized with no trust at all.
If Satoshi coins can be made unspendable, this will be better and hackers would not want to waste their time anymore.

You might need to think through the ramifications of interferring with current bitcoin property rights like that and consider the extent to which the cure is worse than the supposed disease.

I was just been sarcastic no intentional passage. Satoshi had created more business opportunities for us than what the government could ever provide in 5 years more.

Nothing when you think out of the box for you to realized that it went too extreme lol.
Bitcoin is fucking decentralized and is not like those random bullshit projects that were build to enrich themselves and the team.
I am a true fan of Bitcoin and I will never in my full consciousness be a ruiner of Bitcoin. There are so many business opportunities I have gotten through Bitcoin which had been making waves for me to dance through financial independence.
Sometimes I have to think maybe Satoshi created Bitcoin to help this generation of business minded people to run business intentionally without going through the SWIFT to run transactions.

By the way, when teachers take weapons in their hands and attack top politicians, it is clear how dissatisfied the people are with them. Fortunately for them, all attempted attacks that have taken place so far are the work of amateurs, and let them hope that they do not anger a professional against whom their chances of saving the target are at best 50-50.
Cole Tomas Allen is the shooter, who is a teaching assistant from Caltech, which is a left leaning eco chamber and donated to democrats.

New York Post posted his manifesto, another mentally challenged individual rather than teachers taking weapons   Cheesy

FTFY. One extra syllable removed.

Good idea about the forum skin. I use Dark Reader for this. Nice to have a dedicated browser extension. IMPORTANT: this has to be totally open-source, for OPSEC reasons. From what I saw, you do provide the script code, which is essential, for a forum of this nature.

Talking about great photography and tools. I find the exaggerated bullshit marketed high end crappy knockoffs are aimed at real pretentious jagoffs who just like to look cool.

But, lest we forget the real deal aka wildlife photography where we deal with actuals lions and cows..

I am speaking of my experience with the new motorola edge series Android phones. Which have great cameras and other features.

Enjoy the view from far east above the Indian subcontinet plains..
