no more hummingbirds
Leave your feeder out for a couple more weeks please. There are a couple of stragglers at our feeder and they might hit you up on the way by!
roger that they will stay at least a few more weeks. changing the sugar mix every few days is ingrained into us anyway so its no real effort.

My sister told me (not that she is any kind of a hummingbird expert) that she changes her hummingbird sugar water about once a week, and she has absolutely no evidence that she has killed any single hummingbird within her sugar water management practice, yet (even though she admits to having had heard the suggestion to change her sugar water mix "every few days."
Call my sister a blind hummingbird tyrant, if you must
(she is likely not going to change her behaviors - she is a bit stubborn like me, perhaps even moreso.. if you can believe it?).
I had not thought about asking her how much longer (this season - speaking of northern hemisphere's and presumptively in latitudes that might be higher than maybe in the ballpark of 35 degrees north).
By the way, I did a quickie perusal of the migration latitudes of northern hemisphere hummingbirds, and surely it is quite great since they migrate thousands and thousands of miles (not that guys here were not already aware of such feats of such seemingly little birds).

Before your post, I had not even noticed that Grease5000 had messed up his count, since I did not count each the haiku attempts. I actually counted the first one, and then I assumed (whoops) that the next two would also be correct.

Definitely a massive move for the technicals. Happening on a Sunday night is a little suspicious but if that holds tomorrow a lot of big boys will see it as the buy signal. At this point it may take a black swan event to reach new cycle lows.
Perhaps you have gotten smart enough (I have my doubts) to buy back in rather than waiting for "guaranteed" October/November lows... but hey of course, you are smarter than everyone else (especially in these here parts), which is part of the reason that you supposedly have a reasonably good amount of dollars in your accounts relatively speaking during these perceived to be "perilous times."
To all the Bitcoin investors that are still waiting for $50,000 Bitcoin before buying what are they going to say now that Bitcoin surged over 82k ? A friend have been waiting on this lane for a long time already.
I tend to refer to those kinds of folks as traders rather than investors, even though there seem to be quite a few traders who self-describe as investors but really have little to no clue about what investing (especially in bitcoin) is.
He said, can you see that Bitcoin is finding it very hard to break 82k? That's a big sign that it will get tired and turn around, probably make a new lows then I said to him, do not forget that trying to break a target and not turning back after every try can also be a sign that it will go through later.
My bag is already set since 60k max, I said to myself even if we go lower I have some dry powder aside, waiting for that opportunity and if it never happens I am already in.
People wait too long when opportunities presents itself, I will never understand why.
You seem to be a trader too.. but you still refer to yourself as an investor (even though you may well be more conservative than your lil friend?), right?
