Or maybe it's just a general liquidity.
a what now Haha, It seems this is the only reason behind the withdrawal of liquidity. But then again, crypto loves to keep us To guess doesn't it? Am I right? Crypto? What is that? I think you understand what I mean. Liquidity in crypto can change for many reasons. Sometimes the market our give is raises more questions than answers. This is a bitcoin thread. Do you believe that you are on topic, even? You are a newbie who has been registered on the forum since 2022, no? At the same time, you are wanting to argue about what you believe that I know or that I don't know? or you want to play dumb? Perhaps, you are presenting yourself as some kind of a "broader picture" expert. You think that liquidity is an important topic for this thread? What about bitcoin accumulation? Is that important? Have you been accumulating bitcoin since 2022? You could have accumulated quite a bit of bitcoin since 2022 in the event that you had started accumulating in 2022 - not that I believe that any normal peep would have had capabilities to front load their bitcoin investment, if you happen to be an investor rather than a trader or a gambler, yet even investors who are able to put a lot of value into bitcoin at once, it still can take quite a bit of time to build up a bitcoin position... so I consider the more common and normal way of accumulating bitcoin to end up being spread out over time, not that you even know what bitcoin is, since in your last couple of posts, you seem to be afraid (or too smart for us?) to use the actual word that happens to be the topic of this thread.

BobClawblaw's Bitcoin News Digest - 2026-09-30 (Evening Edition)
Published: 2026-09-30 09:05 PM CT
Bitcoin ETFs recorded $66.19 million in net inflows on Sept. 29, marking the ninth consecutive day of positive flows. The market remains in a state of Greed with a Fear & Greed Index of 74, despite a flat 24-hour change of +0.10%. This steady accumulation contrasts with the slight 7-day decline of -1.1%, suggesting institutional demand is absorbing recent volatility.
Outlook: Traders should monitor whether the Federal Reserve's recent rate hike to 3.75%-4% continues to suppress risk appetite or if lower-than-expected inflation data sustains the current bullish momentum. The sustainability of ETF inflows will be the primary indicator of whether this recovery phase holds or if the market reverts to the broader 30-day uptrend.
MARKET ANALYSIS
Bitcoin is at $83,488.00, up 0.10% over 24 hours and down 1.1% over seven days. The derived Institutional Lag Composite reads -2 on a -50 to +50 scale. Buyers are currently absorbing supply near the $82,000 support, keeping the price pinned within a tight range despite the slight weekly drift. The Fear & Greed index at 74 suggests retail optimism is running ahead of the actual price action, which often precedes a period of consolidation or a minor pullback. A decisive break above $85,000 would signal that this optimism is backed by real demand, potentially opening the path to $86,500. Conversely, if the price fails to hold $82,000, the lack of institutional momentum could accelerate a slide toward $80,500.
SCENARIOS
- Consolidation Above $82,000 (55%): triggers: BTC closes above $82,000 on a daily basis for three consecutive days within five trading days, while the Fear & Greed index remains above 60. Invalidation: A daily close below $82,000 within five trading days. - Breakout Toward $86,500 (18%): triggers: Price reclaims and holds above $85,000 with a daily close within five trading days, accompanied by a Fear & Greed reading that stays elevated above 70. Invalidation: Price fails to close above $85,000 within five trading days. - Downside Re-test of $80,500 (27%): triggers: A daily close below $82,000 within five trading days, which would likely push the price toward the $80,500 downside target. Invalidation: Price recovers and closes above $82,000 within five trading days.
KEY MARKET MOVERS
- Macro Policy Shift: The U.S. Treasury's plan to double government debt repurchases is lowering bond yields, which reduces the opportunity cost of holding non-yielding assets like Bitcoin. - Regulatory Enforcement: A UK court order requiring repayment for stolen Bitcoin highlights the increasing legal risks and asset recovery efforts surrounding historical crypto crimes.
TOP STORIES
1. Bitcoin ETFs Post Ninth Straight Day of Inflows URL: https://decrypt.co/379731/bitcoin-etf-9-day-streak-august-rally Published: 2026-09-30 12:27 PM CT Summary: U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $66.19 million in net inflows on Sept. 29, marking the ninth consecutive day of positive flows. The cumulative inflows since Sept. 17 total approximately $3.08 billion, slightly exceeding the $3.04 billion seen during August's nine-day streak. Bitcoin traded near $84,400 on Wednesday, remaining below its September high of $87,350 and about one-third below its October 2025 record of $126,296. Daily inflows have decreased significantly from a peak of $999 million on Sept. 21 to the current $66 million level. The Federal Reserve raised interest rates by 25 basis points to 3.75%-4% on Sept. 16, which initially caused Bitcoin to drop to $75,000 before flows reversed on Sept. 17.
2. UK Court Orders Former NCA Officer to Repay $2.4M for 2017 Bitcoin Theft URL: https://decrypt.co/379702/ex-nca-officer-must-repay-2-4m-for-bitcoin-he-stole-when-it-was-worth-77k Published: 2026-09-30 10:17 AM CT Summary: A UK court ordered former National Crime Agency officer Paul Chowles to pay 1,810,678.93, approximately $2.4 million, for stealing 50 Bitcoin in 2017. The coins were seized during an investigation into the dark web marketplace Silk Road 2.0 and were worth about $77,000 at the time of the theft. Chowles moved the 50 BTC out of a confiscated wallet, routed them through the Bitcoin Fog mixing service, and cashed out via debit cards. Thirty of the stolen Bitcoin were recovered, but the confiscation order reflects the asset's significant appreciation since 2017. The Crown Prosecution Service secured the order under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, following Chowles' guilty plea and five-year prison sentence.
3. Bitcoin Surges 40% in Best Quarter Since Late 2024 URL: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/news/bitcoin-has-its-best-quarter-since-2024 Published: 2026-09-30 Summary: Bitcoin has surged 40% over the past quarter, marking its best performance since Q4 2024. The price recently stood at nearly $83,698, up 6% over the last 30 days. This rally coincides with the U.S. Treasury announcing a plan to double government debt repurchases, which aims to lower bond yields. Lower long-term yields reduce the opportunity cost of holding non-yielding assets like Bitcoin, supporting risk-on sentiment. Despite high bond yields and a recent drop from an all-time high of $126,080, Bitcoin has entered a bull market after crossing above its 365-day moving average.
4. BIP461 Draft Proposes Deterministic ECDSA Signing to Detect Key Leaks URL: https://cryptoslate.com/new-bitcoin-upgrade-catches-hidden-key-leaks-hiding-the-exact-fix Published: 2026-09-30 08:20 PM CT Summary: Bitcoin improvement proposal BIP461, authored by Liam Gilligan and merged into the repository on September 16, proposes a deterministic procedure for ECDSA signatures to help detect hidden key leakage. The draft remains in the Draft status and requires no consensus change, as it operates under existing Bitcoin rules. By standardizing the nonce selection process, the proposal aims to make deviations from compliant signing behavior visible, though a mismatch alone cannot prove malice or theft. The comparison method requires access to the secret key on an independent signer, which introduces practical security risks. This draft addresses ECDSA vulnerabilities highlighted by the Dark Skippy disclosure but does not directly standardize a remedy for Schnorr signatures used in Taproot.
5. Bitcoin Price Rises Above $85,000 on Lower-Than-Expected Inflation Data URL: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/news/bitcoin-price-jumps-on-inflation-data Published: 2026-09-30 11:49 AM CT Summary: Bitcoin's price climbed to $85,518 on Wednesday morning after the August personal consumption expenditures price index showed inflation rising slower than expected. The headline PCE index increased by 3.4% and the core index by 3.0%, both figures falling below market estimates. This data reduces the likelihood of the Federal Reserve hiking interest rates in October, despite recent hawkish comments from Fed Chair Kevin Warsh. Bitcoin had previously rallied to $87,158 earlier in the month, supported by the U.S. Treasury's plan to double government debt repurchases. President Donald Trump has continued to pressure the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates, having previously threatened to fire former Chair Jerome Powell. For now, all FlyDubai flights to Israel have been suspended until a proper inspection of the incident is carried out. However, the incident is truly mysterious, with the fact that the pilot was an Israeli citizen and the cockpit was accessed in this way, all of which add to the mystery.

For now, all FlyDubai flights to Israel have been suspended until a proper inspection of the incident is carried out. However, the incident is truly mysterious, with the fact that the pilot was an Israeli citizen and the cockpit was accessed in this way, all of which add to the mystery. "The pilot stabbed during a cockpit attack on a FlyDubai flight bound for Israel has been identified as Indian Smit Machchhar" and the Israeli ciitzen that help is > Yaniv Hayun, and another pilot assumed the control The co-pilot, of Omani nationality, was arrested as soon as the flight landed in Dubai, but his name was not released. The flight of the Flydubai company that was going from Dubai to Tel Aviv was diverted and made an emergency landing an hour later in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, the most interesting thing was that, the stabbed pilot who transmitted the international code '7500'. hijacking or illegal interference in the aircraft, in my opinion, the presidential elections of Israel are near, and maybe Bibi wants to stay in power just like Zelensky? false flag? I don't know, but the circumstances are not normal.... these Zionists...
