Self-Custody is a right. Say no to "non-custodial"

$666 seems to still be a true resistance level. We keep making it just to about $666 and then falling back down. Often times, we cross it slightly before correcting back downward.
This constant discussion of $666 is pure nonsense and wasting valuable brain power... and attempts to achieve some kind of forced self-fulfilling view of the world. Likely, there are more meaningful ways to discuss BTC price dynamics, rather than repeating NONsense 666 numerology superstitions that are NOT even reflected in recent bitcoin prices with any kind of precision. In this regard, in essence for the past week or so, bitcoin prices on bitstamp have largely floated between $620 and $680, and in a fairly dynamic sense. There have been periodic episodes within this timeframe that bitcoin prices have been in the $660 arena - however, mostly, BTC prices, during this time frame, have NOT gravitated towards 666.. and even if they had been in the $660 arena, so fucking what? Who cares about this repeated theme of the $666 attraction? Surely I like to have fun and everything, but isn't this 666 matter a little overplayed, and it seems like several of us, including myself by responding to the trending 666 topic, are wasting our brain processing power, to the extent that it exists, to be caught up in nonsense numerology random superstitions.

today we had 3 major events
macd 1w crossing ebay interview ecb negative rates
and btc price still goes down ? i expected 700+ easy for today.
what else do we need...
The MACD did not cross Not yet in the west, but it has in China... it seems like there is someone trying very hard to hold it back.

I actually sold some coins at $666.66 on BTC-e just for fun, so if enough traders are like me it does create a kind of self-fulfilling prophecy I guess. I was lucky enough to be able to buy those coins back around $60 dollars lower, but I only sold 2 coins so it was really just peanuts. I don't really like to trade during a bull market, way too dangerous and nerve wrecking in Bitcoin.

Someone just removed a huge sell wall at 665$, let's see if this will take the price to 670$ (1650 btc to break through it)

Of course it isn't. Like now, for example, the price is not moving only because the Wertern traders are holding back while the Chinese are sleeping. They do not want the spectators at the Chinese exchanges to miss any of the action.

This wall has moved from $670, to split between $670 and $675, to all on $660, to $665, and is currently gone.

Re: Negative interest rates in Europe announcement.
Wait, wasn't this what everyone was saying the fatal flaw of Bitcoin being deflationary was? That it would make more sense to hold on to your money than to lend it out?

They do not want the spectators at the Chinese exchanges to miss any of the action. Now that's funny, doc. Are we allowed to assume that the Chinese, just like us Westerners, like to take a nap occasionally? Maybe sleep from, say around 11pm to around 7am? You know, one could say, they slumber during that time? And maybe we could see what happens on Bitstamp during those hours (-8h to map to tradingview time), based on some volatility measure... oh, if only such a thing existed. Something to measure the narrowness of the (price) trading bands... Oh, whatever, I'll cut the bullshit. Here, take a look: Orange circles are major price moves initiating smack in the middle of "Chinese night". Must be them sleepwalking Chinamen, eh?

I found some archival material of Jorge performing some early research into the Chinese Slumber Method Hey, you can't prove those computational geometry results when you're tired. Wait, actually you can. "Hey, sherpa, I mean: postdoc! Get cracking, I want some results until tomorrow!"
