price is not moving until after the auction

Actually prior to the previous auction the market rallied quite a bit into it and also after it.

exactly. auction will be a non-event.

I don't expect anything to happen because of the auction. I'm just saying don't expect any significant rally before we're past that date.

Another worthless deadline that nobody cares about anymore 24 hours after it ends.

I agree again!

I wonder what 2015 will have in store for us....

price is not moving until after the auction

Very probable

You think the price will stay here for 11 days?

All other the other holders have a vested interest in making sure the bids are high on the 4th Dec. imho.

The bidders have more fiat, more BTC to dump and have a vested interest that the price remains low.

Well you seem have not understood the 4th dimension.  Time..  You see they (in theory) don't have any bitcoin to dump yet... Because they need to buy it first... that's what the auction is intended to do.  If they were already holders they could (in theory) sell their BTC and hope the price does not rally, but it's unlikely because last time the price rallied before the auction.   So they would be doubly fucked...  sold cheap BTC and brought high at the auction.

$115 never again, takers?

Reasoning:

I have charted the spot_price/ATH price over Jan-Mar, and I think the rally has already resumed. You can offer to bet with quite good odds that we will never cross 0.95*previous_ATH. And you win the bet with a surprisingly good probability. Chart it yourself, lol. I almost always bought at ATH during those months, since it was the least risky entry point.

The supply of people that think that we are in a bubble/denial/bear market/correction/consolidation/younameit is dwindling, and it's dwindling fast. Especially their economic share of the market is about to be crushed if they do not buy back soon.

Do you still see the people that sold out in February? Where are they? LOL, they made their $10k and are out for good. The next time they will hold bitcoins is when they receive their salary.

lol

Was about to spend some bitcoins on Newegg. And yet, and yet... I may be a hopeless case.

Changed my order and it came out lower so I went for it. Gotta help the ecosystem. Now I need to work out replacing what I spent Smiley
