You should use the service of s trusted third party that offers such services. Contact him in a PM with all parties involved, and inform the escrow of the terms aflgreed upon.

But basically, a green trusted hero or legendary member that hasn't changed his email or password, hasn't got "real" negative feedbacks and can sign a message with an old, staked address *MIGHT* be a good escrow... It might be wise to ask for advice if you don't trust somebody that is offering his escrow services tough!

An escrow the one who holds the funds for the transaction , assuming you are selling a steam account , the buyer send the funds to the escrow , you(the seller) give the account to the buyer , If he confirms that everything on the account was as you described and It works fine , the escrow release the funds and send you the coins.

Even people with a legendary rank do not automatically have enough trust to act as an escrow agent on this forum.
You need actual trust for that and if you're going to get trust purely for the sake of getting trust (by getting loans and repaying them for example), it just looks like you're doing it to scam people in the end.

The members who are trusted by others and has escrowed in the past will be eligible ,you cannot buy a legendary account and start vouching to be an escrow .Members like monbux ,OgNasty,SebastianJu are some of the trusted members who are active at the moment and they have escrowed more than 100 bitcoins in the past.

In this case, you will buy something from the someone else. And you're dealing to use escrow to save your money.
Send your money into the escrow - escrow will check and be saving your money - try to confirm on the seller - seller sends you the product - after you will have received and you make a confirm to the escrow to send your money to the seller.

It's like the middle man to securing your money and decrease the risk on the transaction.

I will like to use escrow for my bitcoin and local currency conversions. The escrow is it like insurance or kind of security for bitcoin. the DT1 you said am I going to register with them or just like company that stand between buyers and sellers. Please will need more enlightenment on this as I want to convert my bitcoin to my local currency very soon.

Firstly you Need to Find a Reputable Escrow Service or a Person that Offers Escrow Services and then you need to have a Contact with the other Person you are Trading with and then you can Trade whatever you want by just Paying a Little fees to the Escrow Service......

On a site ? I could not understand where and what purpose you are trying to use  escrow ?

An escrow must be a known and trusted person for both buyer and seller. You both need to send your payment/goods to escrow and escrow will verify and send your required things.

Not clear still ? Just google you will find many videos on how escrow working.

# 4.     Seller sends the goods to the buyer after escrow's confirmation.

It is a responsibility of the seller to meet buyer's expectations and buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods or services are as per buyer/seller agreement.

While the last was updated before more than a year ago but yeah yet that list gives some useful information. I think selecting a escrow is not that difficult because if the trade is not complicated and you guys both ( both you newbies ) have good understanding you can sort it quite easily. Just find a person you seem to trust maybe even use guys like zazarb and others who are not that highly trusted but quite reputable lenders.
