Good question. Hopefully the networks on which games are run will be better able to handle all the traffic this time around. Ethereum has improved and other networks like EOS are able to support games, so perhaps the load will be better distributed now.

My guess is that in the future Bancor protocol will develop further and expand to many other platforms - EOS being just the first one - so that the problems inherent to one single platform will be less and less relevant for Bancor. Of course, they will still be relevant for assets built on top of that platform, but that will not be Bancor's problem.

Indeed, when viewed by the Bancor project, it has the potential to continue to grow in the future, but somehow I think it all depends on the team as well if the team is able to work well then it is not impossible the project will develop
