I can say that the backbone looks alike Qora, yes, think about a stripped down version, enhanced for the needs of the Polymeric Network.

Vrontis was a very good developer of Qora ( a coin which HAD a high potential, but seems to die now).
i was very sad that Vrontis left the Qora team, but now - maybe he comes back like phoenix!

Currently everything has been made by me (concept, research, project plan, test environment).
I have a small team of devs (three) who will be activated on later stages.

I have also informed all the people I used to collaborate in the past about Polymeric Network, including Qora devs.
