Never trade based on fear. When the ICN platform launches, I don't care if it's 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 years from now...if you get caught on the outside ICN will be damn near impossible to buy. Do you really think Kraken, a US exchange would list ICN if there was going to be an indefinite issue for US citizens? Now....you can do whatever you want to do with your ICN. I'm buying and holding. I look at Iconomi as the future version of the DOW Jones industrial fund. I'm exited and lucky to be part of this project. You do realize that out of ALL crypto currencies ICN is consistently ranked in the top 12 and at one point was in the top 10...while the product is still in Beta. I'm a REAL investor. I don't trade based on fear. Reminds me of Chinese investors dumping Bitcoin due to Government fear tactics. Nowww look...Bitcoin is close to reaching all time highs. Whoever sold is kicking themselves in the ass right now. Oh yeah...I'm up 80% in the stock market and 400% in the cryptosphere. I have balls...I don't fear dump...it always pays off. Word of advice...if the trolls say sell, BUY. They don't have your best interest at heart. They want to see you fail.  

What you said is the perfect way of trading , you can see in equity market when all big companies were not doing good like pepsi and yahoo that time all were fearing to buy but warren buffet bought all the chunk share and now you can see that he is multi buillionaire as all that company are now performing well and are in top rank. The same scenario is with ICONOMI the project is good but only term is that it will take time and when the time comes you will see that how much profit you have got for holding it for long.

Sure buying foreign securities is somewhat difficult for Americans but it is not illegal for them to buy them. Any American with a Vanguard or Fidelity international fund in their 401k likely has a few foreign securities. Hell, Vanguard even suggests that you hold at least 20% of your portfolio in foreign. You just have to find a domestic broker that has them or open up a brokerage account in the country that has them for sale. Sure there are rules and regulations and taxation like the ones mentioned above but other countries want rich American money. It is not as difficult as you may think to find brokers. If kraken plays their cards right they could be the only exchange in US territories that also functions as a brokerage.

US citzens are trully fucked up with all those regulations.
That was one of cause why Bitcoin Jesus has dropped us citizenship.
I have to much legislation everywhere my sweet EU is king in making law more stupid every time they touch something they fuck up.
If you start one person company you have to obey tons of legislation.
Vat rules update in  my country have 800+ pages ... True story.
That is why i belive in crypto will help to solve some stuff.
If i want invest 1000Euro in ICN i go buy BTC buy ICN.
If i want invest in EU stock i have to go broker pay fees and i start with 800Euro...
Then if i get profit i have to fill ton of papers and show every transaction.
Real economy is so wrecked today comparing to crypto.
