The letter can be read on page 2 of this thread. They state that they are on track to provide ICNX trading feature to beta testers by the end of February. The open fund management platform always has, and remains a goal for late 2017.

OK, thanks(I had read the letter and also understood it was ICNX beta testing but some people are hyping for OFM), but someone correct me if I'm wrong. OFM platform was a goal for end of December 2016, and got postponed for Q1 2017, not for late 2017. I don't think anything has been said about late 2017.

Not quite. The open fund management platform has always been scheduled for late 2017. Last December they stated that they felt they could release the ICNX trading platform earlier than expected, but due to alpha tester feedback that it was too complex, they resorted to the previous deadline which was q1 2017. OFM always has been and remains for late 2017.

I bet thay are working on complex solution that would integrate work for ICNX and OFM.
If you make good fundamentals expanding ICNX to another user arrays (OFM ) it will be not to hard task as
rewrite all again from 0. But at end high quality matters so people improving ICNX will also improve future OFM arrays.
I just want to have BTC option without KYC stuff ^^ for security and tax reasons.
I want pay taxes from my gains when i want not when government want me to pay because they have big budget hole.

Good point about the ICNX, it will be the foundation that can be copied to allow user arrays.

Most exchanges are doing KYC even for pure crypto<->crypto accounts nowadays.  At least all the exchanges located in US, EU, and China are.  With China being the most restrictive.  $0 limit on Chinese exchanges without ID upload.

Poloniex, Bittrex, and Iconomi at least allow $2k, 1 BTC, and $1k limited accounts without ID upload.

It's restrictive for some small and medium investors, but most of the real big legit investors are used to doing KYC on all their accounts.

need is new investors. This does not come with words but actual actions. I suppose

many people asking them for open information about Iconomi inc. but still without any result, looks like it is top secret information, but really people start understand that nothing still doesnt registered , so they delay with answer. Hope that it is just a little problem that will be solved succesfully soon. if it is an excuse to buy time and they are not going register anything, then we have big problems
