Apple, Microsoft, Mercedes Benz Accepting Bitcoin

Does anyone have information about Apple accepting BTC's ?
Didn't find any official statement regarding this Topic

Apple is not accepting, Bitcoin, as Mercedes-Benz (look my post above yours). They are kinda unfriendly toward crypto-currencies in general, and it tooks years for developper to be able to freely publish Bitcoin wallets on the App Store. Moreover, I doubt they will ever be great friends of Bitcoin, since they are in the same situation than PayPal. In case you did not know, Apple launched Apple Pay recently, to compete with PayPal on bankless virtual payments sector, where Bitcoin is. This makes that Apple is a competitor of Bitcoin, and will try to make all its possible so that it does not disturb Apple Pay's growth

While I certainly agree with your stance on Apple and cronies, we still shouldn't forget that all these megacompanies are there for profits nostly. What it means is that if it becomes profitable for them to use Bitcoin (while their own attempts at creating proprietary payment systems fail miserably), they will start using Bitcoin (provided it is allowed to use by the law, in the first place). The same Apple eventually abandoned their operating system kernel in 2001 which they had been developing for years since 1984 in favor of the Mach kernel

According to news.bitcoin.com: https://news.bitcoin.com/e14000-tesla-bought-bitcoin-finland/. Someone has bought a Tesla car with bitcoin, doesn't mean that Tesla officially accepts bitcoin as one of their payment methods, though because until now I've never seen a bitcoin logo on their website, probably I missed something.
And just heard from other sources that saying the bitcoin were sent through an API that converts the bitcoin to Euro right at the moment.

you can easily use google or take some time to visit their official website to find out for yourself. I have seen Microsoft and Dell accepting bitcoin directly, and they have mentioned this on each of their official website, i have never checked Benz though.

i wouldn't trust anything that cryptocoinsnews says. but Japan has been talking about announcing bitcoin as a real and legit currency for a long time and i think they eventually did it some months ago.

Then I searched online and found that you were right. Such a great achievement for bitcoin.
I as a bitcoiner or bitcoin user am feeling very proud to hear such a great news.
Not only these big companies, many gaming sites accept bitcoin.
Some of them are Steam and G2A. Now slowly all the firms will accept bitcoin.
And all bitcoin user's are waiting for that day when they can pay using bitcoins.
Like if we order from McDonald's or KFC and we can even make payment in bitcoin ,
What a wonderful day it will be if we would be able to do so.
Bitcoin has grown over the years and now it will be accepted by every company
and will become a mode of payment used by all the people.

It's definitely a big achievement for the bitcoin community.
Even I thought that it's a joke earlier .
But when I verified through their respective sited ,
the things seemed to be crystal clear to me.
The growth of bitcoin has been commendable.
I mean the currency has gained momentum rapidly and these,
billion dollar companies using bitcoins as a mode of payment is directly pinpointing that people have accepted bitcoin.
Even I am waiting for the day when 100 % of the trade markets accept bitcoin.

I researched and could not find any source where Daimler is accepting Bitcoin for payments yet. However there are news about Daimler of aquiring Bitcoin companies like this Automaker Daimler Acquires Bitcoin Services Firm to Develop “Mercedes Pay” or this Why is Mercedes Maker Daimler Buying a Bitcoin Business?.

It seems Daimler could use the technology of the aquired companies to integrate payments into interconnected cars some time in the future.

the news about Japan has been the biggest news so far if you ask me, because all these other small companies (Microsoft ) are just companies but Japan has just accepted bitcoin as a real "currency" and they are doing it as a country which means the way is open for the whole country and a whole lot of businesses and companies to start accepting and working with bitcoin.

Well its more a question of time when big companies will support bitcoin, but countries are currently a big wall to those kind of business, Japan accepting bitcoin as currencie will lead bitcoin into legalization sooner or later, with those maybe bitcoin can be legal at others countries as well. Microsoft allow to purchase just some things with bitcoin, Apple would be the best companie to support bitcoin at this stage.

All of us have thought about that long ago, so it does not surprise me, it's getting more and more popular today, its value is increasing, next to it. That's where some countries put bitcoin into the economy, making it legal, controlling prices reasonably, so the value of bitcoin is increasing steadily and going to increase further in the future. I'm waiting for bitcoin to hit 14xx, it would be great if it's that high. Let's wait
