How much for the prototype?  Also what are the dimensions of it?

I am looking for 3 custom racks to purchase probably in 2 weeks, I like your prototype.  I am a serious buyer, I am just stocking up on the rest of the GPU's first, plus it depends on your price.

Most high end PSUs are top fan built, would mounting on their side not be a better idea?
Stacking them like this would restrict flow wouldn't it?

Updated the design of the deep mining tray with optional extra extrusions for mounting GPUs vertically:
