[🅰NN] YuTü.Co.in: First Crypto-commodity 💱 Catering to YouTube 📷 Creators

The time's nigh in bringing this bitch to life!

ICO

<long-winded, but it is what it is; if you're able to comprehend this OP - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1720632.0 (or the like in-depth, highly technical ICO submissions) - you're more than capable of getting your head wrapped around the essence of this thread's OP>

tl;dr version of our ICO: <hot link to our ICO downneath>

Raising $3,000 (1st round) via selling ONLY 300 virtual miners (PAQs) at a discount of $10 each, later offered at the maximum price point of $500 each, earning no less than $2,628 worth of shares of crypto-commodities backed by YouTube channel brands per year ($7.20 per day; $0.01 rewarded every 2 minutes). Escrow bitcoin wallet address is 3LWaxB4odCieX19hxwEiS62ddYcjhFk8su (2-of-3 multi-sig).

Invest in YuTü.Co.in, YouTube + crypto-commodity is fun, invest right now, don't walk run!

Introduction:

YuTü.Co.in (pardon the dust; prevailing iteration subject to overhaul prior to beta launch/GA), under the aegis of YuTübopolis, Inc., is the first cryptocurrency model expressly designed for the creation of crypto-commodity assets (yAltcoins) backed by branded YouTube channels, its shares traded on a dedicated proprietary exchange - YTC-Sox. The dynamic exchange rate of each yAltcoin will be heavily influenced by the quality and quantity of YouTube channel video uploads and their producer's venerableness in the YouTube community, coupled with, no doubt, active traders botting - within acceptable/tolerable limits (thwarting nefarious bot deployments) - on the exchange.

Quick aside: No apologies are exerted for copious usage of graphemic neologisms (among others) distinguishing YuTübopolis' brands from future entities that may try in vain to emulate our success. As for pronouncing atypical phonemes of specially-coined words, it’s sound to generally ignore them, decoding encountered underlying glyphs to the best of your phonemic ability unless or until some consensual articulation schema becomes the norm, e.g.: Blue Öyster Cult, Motörhead, Mötley Crüe and Queensrÿche, characterizing just a few. Visit our Gloššexicőin page to see all the terminologies advanced here and abroad. YuTübopolis and YuTü.Co.in may at times be interchangeably referred in this OP, apologizing for any confusion. Reiterating (above, and below the fold), YuTübopolis is the parent enterprise of the brand YuTü.Co.in having the token YuTüCoin (YTC) as its native currency.

The purpose of this thread is to not only address questions and concerns re YuTü.Co.in et al., but more specifically, while doing such, raise funds via ICO (Initial Crowdsale Offering) rounds to commence advancement of what's conceptualized to fruition. Subsequent funding requests shall be put forth ONLY after preceding roadmap milestones have been met, verified by an in-place trusted escrow agents known in the cryptocurrency community (namely BitcoinTalk).

Counter to typical ICO implementations on this forum (& remotely) where Investards are restricted to investment rewards in the form of tokens of a singular newfangled altcoin, ofttimes based on nothing but air, then abandoned soon after launch ensuing its inevitable peak pump & dump phase, our ICO consists of allocating substantially discounted PAQ contracts per investment, having the ability to hash any available (open slot) yAltcoiny - designated to an esteemed YouTuber - at one’s own discretion, self-ensuring actual-results-achieved-may-vary profitability.

Preceding further mention of our ICO, the primary upshot of this thread, presented is an aperçu of our roadmap, subject to updates, clarifications and grammatical edits (re changes, indicative for entire OP sans knavish intents).

Roadmap: <the neighbor's dog ate our dazzling roadmap graphic  Cry (subject to change)>

February 22: Initiate the first funding round of YuTü.Co.in’s ICO in raising $3,000 USD as outlined below.

March 2016: Register our charter with the Tennessee Secretary of State through a Nashville, TN, law firm best suited and versed in our needs. Obtain a temp-cum-virtual office in Nashville until an adequately staffed and equipped workplace is provided. Acquire domain names, some ultimately developed and hosted, vitally indigenous to our overall brand. Source a reputable accounting firm capable of handling YuTübopolis' sui generis financial concerns. Once incorporated, depicting all assets in the corp's name, our charter will be accessible [online] for public perusal. Perform ostensibly mundane steps in orchestrating [a]typical startup procedures.

April 2017: Have CoinProLite (CPL), a Proof of Burn (PoB) token, and YuTüCoin (YTC), YuTü.Co.in’s native Proof-of-Work (PoW) token, both open source protocols, hashing blocks onto their respective blockchains. The core utility of CPL saved for the purchase of YTÇ, duly rewarding early adaptors in bringing global awareness to YuTü.Co.in et al.; YTC's predominant utility is for the discounted procurement of yAltcoin shares in further rewarding early adaptors. CPL and YTC will be traded on [TBA] legacy cryptocurrency exchanges, with both valued no less than one US cent ($0.01; penny) when conducting commerce on our platforms. Press releases and organic media exposure for YuTübopolis/YuTü.Co.in's grand aspirations will make the rounds on trade and formidable news outlets including, my favorite, Coin Telegraph.  Roll Eyes A yAltcoin faucet (yaltzet) will be expeditiously deployed per YouTube creator once recognized as a certified Lÿnspinz, certification a fairly straightforward process.

May 2017: Have initial physical office -YuTübopolis HQ - open and ready for clients and guests greeted by local staff, with some personnel remotely located across the globe (no offense to flat-Earthers). The protocol for dowzing yAltcoins will be finalized. Our proprietary exchange - YTC-Sox - goes live, near-ready for users to trade shares of dowzed YouTube creators' yAltcoins, with no less than 10 YouTuber YuTüStốcks being dowzed by no more than 100 PAQs each. Our attainable target is dowzing a minimum of 100 YouTube creators' yAltcoin yaltz by the third week of June, approaching 1,000 yAltcoins by the end of 2017. Why the perspicacious prediction? -> Bitcoin traders look to other digital currencies for returns. We adamantly believe that yAltcoins will satisfy a multitude of traders' appetite in seeking opportunities beyond what's currently available in the cryptoverse. Augmenting said traders will be the introduction of new recruits thanks to YuTübopolis' noble efforts unless, that is, seasoned traders rather continue trading among their established peers, keeping newbies from joining their dwindling clique. Think about it!

By June 1: YuTü.Co.in, among sundrious YuTübopolis sites, will be fully functional, taking on users worldwide over and beyond those savvy with cryptocurrency and distributed ledger technology. It's imperative that this milepost is met by the week starting June 19, 2017, ready for YuTü.Co.in to present at VidCon ↓↓↓.

June 21-24: Maintain a booth for YuTü.Co.in at VidCon Anaheim - http://vidcon.com/ - reaching out to YouTube creators and their fans alike, no doubt enrolling supporters while exhibiting at the venue.

July 7-9: Maintain a booth for YuTü.Co.in at Rooster Teeth Expo (RTX) 2017 in Austin, TX, catering to over 60,000 attendees, again, enrolling YouTube creators and their fans into gaming, a $100 billion industry.

September 9-10: Maintain a booth for YuTü.Co.in at VidCon Australia - http://vidconaustralia.com/ - (same as for VidCon Anaheim ↑↑↑ but catering to the zillions of YouTubers in the Asia-Pacific region).

Balance of 2017: Maintain a booth at more cryptocurrency conferences, as well as at select expos in alternative sectors deem a good fit in garnering support from YouTube creators and their fans. Delve into pursuing a site with acreage best suited for the future sovereign home of YuTübopolis HQ, our sights already set on one candidate, with a backup option in case of impracticalities. By the end of 2017 have the doors open for Lÿnspinz Stuɖios, akin to YouTube Space, located somewhere in Middle Tennessee to serve the mid section of the US in accommodating laic and au fait YouTubers.

Throughout 2018: Maintain a booth at as many conferences worldwide in furthering our brand.

Summer of 2018: Sanguinely with Hank and John Green at the helm (or as paid advisors), YuTübopolis will host its first VidCon-esque YuTüFest at the Music City Center (Nashville's new convention complex).

Summer of 2019:YuTübopolis will host its second YuTüFest at the Music City Center and beyond, surpassing attendance levels of previous VidCon expos.

Summer of 2020: YuTübopolis will host its third YuTüFest from the Music City Center up to and including Nashville's Riverfront Park, in-town attendance rivaling in size only to ardent supporters of the CMA Music Festival (formerly Fan Fair) hosting crowd-pleasing performances and activities throughout the metropolitan area.

By 2022: YuTübopolis' aggregate market cap (not valuation) exceeding $1 billion dollars. The rudimentary math illustrating what seems like a mind-boggling attainment available upon request.  Kiss

By 2025: Entertain a buyout from Google for no less than $2 billion dollars.  Shocked

ICO:

Firstly, a primer as to exactly what is a PAQ employed on YuTü.Co.in's platform, the thingy promisely exchanged per each [singular] investment procurement delineated in this ICO presentation.

A PAQ, rhymes with pack, is the quasi-acronym for Port-Able Quæsitor (portable seeker; cf. quaesitor), our coined designation for a consignable (based on one's druthers) virtual miner hashing shares (yaltz; singular and plural) of a YouTube creator's (Lynspinz; singular and plural) crypto-commodity token (yAltcoin) recorded on a publicly viewable permissioned blockchain network.

There are a maximum of 100 PAQs per yAltcoin, one of which is initially allocated to the Lynspinz who has the option of directing their PAQ toward hashing an alternate yAltcoin pegged to either another channel they maintain or one of a Lÿnspinz presumed more advantageous. If the PAQ is moved elsewhere, Lynspinz are still rewarded yaltz of their yAltcoin: 2 yaltz minimum during the hashing of [each] yAltcoin's total 1,562,500 blocks; 8 yaltz maximum per the first 781,250 blocks hashed; 28 yaltz maximum per the last 781,250 blocks hashed - equating to eventually owning a maximum ~12.95% of their yAltcoin shares/yaltz over the course of ~5.945586 years (more if less than 100 PAQs are hashing the respective yAltcoin).

Not a single PAQ is, nor ever will be, owned by entities under the auspices of YuTübopolis, inclusive, including by its founder (me), albeit some associates of the conglomerate may personally own and direct PAQs toward the dowzing of yAltcoins, the aforementioned parties, if affirmed, fully disclosed to at least the YuTüFoundation, YuTübopolis' oversight organization chiefly embodying Lynspinz, explicitly inaugurated for the protection of their and peers' brands from irregularities germane to our endeavors and somewhat cryptos in general, given the infamous publicity of umpteen nefarious acts in the industry since shortly after the advent of Bitcoin, e.g. MyBitcoin.

Please inquire if you're still perplexed about PAQs or, for that matter, anything else expressed in this OP or on our website, especially pertaining to YuTü.Co.in's ICO.

Details:

<participation in the ICO will begin once escrow agents are fully aboard>

An email address, even if newly created strictly for this endeavor, is required for the purchase of PAQs whether during our ICO or in the future. That's for everybody. Multiple email addresses may be utilized for separate PAQ purchases for whatever one's reasoning.

Bitcoin is the predominant means to purchase PAQs during this ICO, but please feel free to inquire if desiring to pay via alternative means. A more drastic discount applies if paying with rai stones, hopefully the real big ones.  Shocked

During this first ICO round (at least one addition ICO round is scheduled), 300 PAQs will be sold for $10 USD each, equating to raising $3,000 USD. All the money raised will go toward startup costs fully disclosed to the escrow agents, an abbreviated disclosure made publically but fully available privately upon request(s). The $3,000 will be doled out in three equal payments, with subsequent releases predicated on providing proof to the escrowers that the previous release of funds was satisfactorily spent. The only deviation I can think of in re the aforementioned measure is if an initial payment to a Nashville law firm handling the incorporation exceeds a thousand dollars. Due to the GAWdiose vision of YuTübopolis, it's imperative that our charter be in the state of Tennessee oppose to a more tax-friendly jurisdiction.

I'm not sure if the escrowers publicly proclaim their fee structure, but such will be paid in three intervals (outlined above). The funds will be held in a 2-of-3 multi-sig address where the keys are held by two escrow agents and myself, I ONLY sign if over 24 hours has past after the initial release-of-funds request where only one agent had signed due to, perhaps, the other being out of pocket (e.g. moonlighting as a general inspecting his troops prior to invading a country so to control the world's bamboo worm supply  Grin).

Escrow:

Name(s) of the escrow agent(s) will be published here once fully onboard. Talks currently underway.

Dabs and SebastianJu will be the acting escrow agents maintaining the 2-of-3 multi-sig bitcoin wallet address 3LWaxB4odCieX19hxwEiS62ddYcjhFk8su.

Further info forthcoming.

Team:

Founder: Bruno - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=349097 AND https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=24792 (beard was recently trimmed). Bruno is BitcoinTalk's number one (maybe a tad overreaching) scam buster in this community. If you don't like him (me), then don't invest in YuTü.Co.in, for like the honey badger, he (I) really doesn't give a shit (echoing the same sentiment for self-serving pronouns  Roll Eyes).

As founder, Bruno will never recognize a salary for the fruits of his labor, albeit he'll benefit from [fully disclosed] standard expenditures commonly practiced in the business world, e.g. travel and lodging outlays, company phone, pet goat, etc. All other Team members will be compensated prevailing wages including any women. Speaking of women, at the risk of coming across as pervish (which I'm not, in spite of myriad posts seemingly dictating contrariwise), we would love (no pun intended) to have as many women within the ranks as possible, pointedly girls who code attending or recently exited college or university (diplomas not required but moderately preferred). That said, if you're a woman [of any age] possessing such accolades seeking a first or new career move into the nascent crypto-commodity industry, please make contact.

ALL Team positions are available, so if you want to be part of the crypto-commodity evolution, McLovin' what YuTü.Co.in et al. has to offer to the YouTube community, then simply express your intent publicly on this thread or privately via PM. Yes, even the CEO position is 100% up for grabs for a legitimate candidate to take control of the reins. The more prominent the Team, the more likely we'll futurely garner substantial VC in subsidizing YuTübopolis' GAWdiose ambitions, predicated on if the breadth of our coffer warrants an influx of auspicious funding for the furtherance of envisaged integral development in moving forward at an accelerated pace.

Make no mistake, this is the largest cryptocurrency undertaking to date, tapping into a global market flush with creators and users, many of the latter flush with expendable income who have, and are still willing and able to support their favorite YouTube channels through platforms like Patreon and promising ventures - YuTü.Co.in. The following image, circa March 2012, will give you a glimpse as to the size of the YouTube community, assuming you've been living in a cave on a Class M planet in the Delta Quadrant prior to stumbling upon our ICO.

Which one of  Social Blade's top 100 YouTubers do you hope to one day amass shares of (via dowzed with your ICO-obtained PAQ or purchased early at $0.01 per share)?

In Closing:

If you like what you've read and want to support YuTü.Co.in et al., then get involved by becoming part of the team (putting your skillsets to good use), participate in our ICO, or simply spread the word. If you're seeking a not-so-sound investment, may I suggest Bitland, StakeMiners or anything Marshall Long currently has in his fat, stinky fingers in. The choice is yours. Choose wisely.

Thank you kindly for your consideration.

TL;DR. Spam!

I think you meant scam unless you're referring to this as the second time I started this thread within minutes, requesting that the first be nuked, then apologies for the unintended spam.

Turkish scam? Check

First, I'm Lithuanian, and second, no it's not. Sadly, I won't be able to have more fun since you didn't refer to this as Turkish Spam.

This is a self-moderated thread, with to date never exercising the deletion option on past threads started by myself. Please be kind and nobody will get ... not sure what, for, again, I've never exercised the deletion option, but rumor has it that it involves a wet noodle at the end of a rope.  Shocked

ICO price for the coin is $10 for each coin going for only 300 coins to collect $3000 to setup your project with all expenses, so it means that you have done nothing with your expenses and just prepared a roadmap on the paper and what am i seeing that in the roadmap it is only going for all meetups only their is no written about the development of the project. Then how do you think that anyone will invest in this ICO. Can you give more details about how many coins you are going to sell in the market through ICO pre and post.

Coins are not being sold, but PÅQs are, PÅQs having the ability to mine coinage (to put in layman's terms) of each crypto-commodity affiliated with YouTube creators, not the entire universe of YouTube creators.

Yes, the roadmap is lame, but please give me a tad bit of time to enhance it, of which it's 98.6% atop the to-do list.

how much total suply coin dev
and ico price yutocoin 10 dollar is true or not
sugestion if you want ico selling you can use reputable escrow in bitcoin talk, list in here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=855778.0

The main two agents I have in mind are on the list. I just PM'ed them in making them aware of this thread. We've talked in the past, with both seemingly onboard, but let's see if anything has changed now that the ICO is live.

The $10 price is correct per purchase of a PÅQ (pronounced pack).

The total supply per yAłtçoin (YouTube creator's crypto-commodity token) is 217,187,500 yãłtz (shares; coinage). 17,187.500 yãłtz per yAłtçoin will be untouched, allocated ONLY to those holding yAłtçoin yãłtz of YouTubers whose channel is deleted or, heaven forbid, met an untimely death (http://youtube.wikia.com/wiki/Deceased_YouTubers), exchanged value-for-value of their choice predicated only on available supply of reserves per yAłtçoin (overall, there'll be more than enough supply).

You guys are back?I remember you guyz run a sig campaign where you promised PAQ to participants and promised to give it when you came back. What happened to it?

Here's the link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1521348.msg15574623#msg15574623 All those on the list will be rewarded as promised. A new sig campaign is forthcoming. Everything's cool. Thanks for bringing this up, bud.

What different YuTu Coin and PureVidz  ?
Looking same  Grin but im sure this differ

For one, we're not anonymous. YuTü.Ço.in is not a file sharing thingy. It's a means to commoditize YouTube creators and/or their channels. Fans of YouTubers are already paying moneys toward their favorites on Patreon for nothing tangible in return excepting promises of more videos, newsletters, and the like. With YuTü.Ço.in, the same fans would own shares (layman's terms) of their favorite YouTubers. Instead, or in conjunction of spending $5.00 a month automatically deducted from their credit card for merely the aforementioned, the same one-time $5.00 outlay would purchase 500 shares (if at $0.01 each) that's sure to at least double in price if the YouTube only puts in a little effort in their brand. The same 500 shares' price would escalate even more if of a formidable YouTuber like Kinda Funny, currently #1 on Patreon - https://graphtreon.com/creator/kindafunny - and they're not even one of the top YouTubers, currently ranked 33,807th on Social Blade.

WHICH YOUTUBE CREATORS ARE BACKING YOU RIGHT NOW?

BRB. I need to count.

Back. Okay, I counted. The grand total is zero, but rest assured that that count will double within the next 30 minutes.

Seriously, no YouTubers as of yet, not wanting to contact any prior to dedicating all my energies to YuTü.Ço.in et al. I'm first going to approach YouTubers versed in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies prior to getting at least commitments from others.

You may think that the following is a crazy idea, but I have my sights on this guy - https://www.youtube.com/user/dogsandwolves/about - being the official first Lÿnspinz. Further, if you've perused the website, you may have an inkling as to which YouTuber I have in mind to be our Buddha-esque life-sized statuette, albeit won't be a Lÿnspinz (deceased; sound reasoning for choice).

What language?

Bulgarian is already formally spoken for by kondiomir via PM, prior via posting his intent on the previous thread of the same name now nuked by my request due to irregularities.

Keeping an eye on this.Pretty dang interesting.Could be fun too.Im not a youtube creator but I take a look at you tube at least a couple times a day.I never really paid all that much attention to my channel mostly just add things that interest me so I can come back and find it again without haveing to search through everything again. This gives me the incentive to actually take care of my channel.

All you have to do is upload a quick video or two and have at least 10 subscribers (latitude given) to be an affiliate. All an affiliate has to do is convince other channel creators to join our program where you'll earn between 1,562,500 and 7,812,500 shares over the course of ~5.945586 years per YouTube creator (Lÿnspinz) depending on creator's ranking (transparent criteria set by us). Again, shares trade at no less than $0.01 (four decimal places, e.g. $0.0384 - 3.84¢) each on our exchange. You do the math.
