Refund of small amount to buyer in order too bypassing the Paypal/Ebay 21 days hold is no longer working!!

But, there is a working trick to this.
You can bypass the system by solving simple equation

For instance, if the total sum currently on hole is $300
:.it will be $300 (pending amt) - 0.01 (refund amt)
equal => $299.99
So, if you having $300 on hold in your paypal account you'll be required to INSERT $299.99 as the one you need to withdraw to bank.
At this point, the current balance in your paypal account should be equal to 0.
=>>No mistake, otherwise it will not work!!!<<=
8. Keeping your browser  XXXXXXXXX, Click Continue on the REFUND page and go on to the other browser to WITHDRAW fund by clicking on " withdraw"
Finally, a new window will pop-up , click "CONTINUE" on the withdrawal  page => click "SUBMIT"

Details of this equation on how to bypass paypal/ebay 21 days hold as been reveal in  Ebay Millionaire - $1,000 Per Week Guide.
