We want to see this coin added in Poloniex because is one of the most important exchanges in the cryptospace. We're already listed in Bittrex, Cryptopia, TradeSatoshi and Litebit (where you can buy Pesetas with €). We want to make as easy as posible to our investors to buy Peseta. 


If this coin has any significant innovations over other coins, please elaborate on them here.
We're focused in the spanish population and therefore most of the info we provide is in spanish (second most spoken language in the world). A big % of the spanish population wants to have back the previous local currency we had for more than 50 years. 
This 2017 we have released a new version of the core, electrum version, webwallet, get into Litebit (+3 more exchanges), coded PesetacoinJS and organized contest and draws to keep the community collaborative and active.

Not sure what you mean with cut the fees. Fees are almost non existant in Peseta.
Also don't understand what you mean with maximaze trade. Guess you mean trading volume.
Trading volume grows making Peseta more useful and that's exactly what we're been doing...
