Who did Betopen scam?

I think it was in the past when a delay on a transaction someone opened a scam accusation and they got red trust but after when they came active they immediately solved the issue and now they are at neutral trust which is showing they they not scammed that person but it was only an issue.

How come everyone is saying the ICO sale is over now?
I was under the impression it was still going on and the 20% off the token was just for the first week of sales but it does continue to sell after this point just at not this discounted price.

Please confirm OP since there is a lot of confusion when the ICO sale is over and the tokens will be distributed to these initial investors.
