I fail to see how he breached your terms and conditions. It states that bets made on those markets will not count toward the rollover, so he would still be allowed to make bets, just not expect to have them count. If your rollover counter is broken and registered them as legit bets, fix your counter instead of accusing a user of fraud.

And you should just simply ask to finish the wagering but instead you went berserk.

Due to Bitcoin's semi anon nature and Bitsport not requiring any docs and identification from its users, it would be better for the site not to have a first time deposit bonus with 'x requirements' to unlock it and be able to withdraw from the site.  It's gonna get gamed by users and it will also be viewed as scammy behavior by the community.  If you have terms like those of fiat sports books, please make them bold and in red letters written in the deposit page.

I hope this will be a lesson for Bitsport.  It's a shame...  I really like the platform and I hope people will give it a chance.

And instead of a deposit bonus, it's better to do a sig campaign.  Just a humble suggestion.

I followed the rules i knew and the rules that they said i should follow dear shill i was told i finished the turnover then said i was not i asked to finish the turnover time and time again they closed my account within minutes they denied to allow me my winnings or to complete any turnover.
