My deposit wasn't credited in my account.
So I tried to use addressgenerator@bitsport.bet, but "Address not found".
I tried livechat and after showing the blockchain.info link with my confirmed transaction, she told me I need to contact my payment provider, because they didn't receive my payment! So I spent an hour on livechat without a resolution.
Then I tried support@bitsport.bet and again "Address not found".

So apparently this is the only way to communicate with you, can you fix this, and can you get rid of the livechat, because it is extremely frustrating talking about a bitcoin payment with somebody without a clue about bitcoin.


And suddenly the deposit was credited.

Well, the useless livechat told me to contact support@bitsport.bet, so again, get rid of it. You have no idea how frustrating it is talking to support, and after I repeatedly said I made a bitcoin deposited, she kept saying things like: "contact your bank" and "how much money did you deposit?"

Just a little update.  I got my bet settled and made a withdrawal.  Everything went well and the BTCs are now in my wallet.  So far so good on my end.  I hope you continue on and build trust with the community, just like how Nitrogen did.

Another gap I have seen in the market is in Formula 1 betting.  Please have driver vs driver match ups in each race.  Cloudbet have it but they don't really give good lines on them and their having a bit of problems with their users judging from their thread.  If they go down, you should step up and fill the gap.

I have a concern on one of my bets made in surfing.  I made a bet for Italo Ferreira to win the Rip Curl Pro Bells surf competition since I saw there was a line offered for him.  But then I found out that he has an ankle injury and he will not join the competition.  Why was there a line offered for him if he can't join?  If I made a bet on him and he didn't join, will my bet be returned to me since it's null and void or do I lose my bet for nothing?  Please fix the issue.

That is 100% not correct. The maximum limits for the bets which I placed were much much higher... I placed 6 bets for the women world cup qualification game between Moldavia and Israel. For every bet the limits were much higher than my stake. So it is a lie to claim me deceiving your risk mechanism!!! Why are you claiming this???

What happened to his account,why is he not able to log into his account ,why there is no response regarding that.The odds and the maximum limit is set by the site and are you telling that the user manipulated those odds,how come is it possible if not he is messing with your system and what sort of investigation you are conducting .Hope you wont settle the case by telling that the user has a secondary account and so it violates the TOS and keep the money.
