seems to be a promising coin with a dev that is willing to pay for the listing (if it's true that yobit is paid) but still lacking of essential informations of a coin, but it should be expensive since the total supply is not that big.

Still you would have to pay their BTC0.04 Coin Voting addition *fee which is outright robbery, pay BTC0.06 more and get a YoBit Listing.... the problem is that the project lead paid for a walletbuilders coin and is no developer hence no YoBit Listing as the previous pages discussion.
