it doesn't look stable on the other exchanges (to me at least).  In fact, It looks  like its breaking out of its pennant formation to the downside: upside resistance at tthe 130-135 band (a longstanding resistance level going back to aproximately April 11) and diagonal counter-trend beginning roughly april 14-15th.

Nah, nah, didn't you read their official twitter statement, it said something along the lines of they are "looking forward" to implementing stronger "solution" and will announce when things are "set in place." Totally wasn't vague or anything. 

Some people still think Gox will get their act together... kind of reminds me of those poor miners tapping their ruby slippers together, wishing their BFL ASICs will come in the mail the next day
