For more than 5 years I knew about Bitcoin, Dogecoin haven't exceeded 100 satoshi and the movement is really really show compared with other altcoins. So saying Dogecoin is good for small investment is wrong.

All you mentioned do have greater risk since you do mention about hyip and gambling and yes its possible to obtain those returns but on very small chances if you are not lucky enough on gambling and speaking on hyip its not really advisable to put money on the site no matter what.

Bitcoin doubling or tripling through investment plans were mostly scam. Only very few get benefited and rest gets trapped because of few proof of payment. It's not sustainable and $25 is quite good for for gambling and if lucky people might get the chance of doubling the respective amount.
