Never had an issue with them. Used Polo since week one in 2014. I know they have caught up on all the ticket backlog from 2017/2018. They were overwhelmed with new business and that killed support for a lot of people for a year I know. A problem most exchanges had at the time. These days they are running smoothly.
I think a lot of the issues from the last year are people using the site from restricted countries and what not. Which seems to be a problem with all the exchanges trying to do KYC legit now...
Just looking forward to them listing more new coins as there don't seem to be many new listings. Waiting for HUC snapshot coins and listing of Xaya Coin (CHI) :PP

I don't know why people are kept complaining about the Poloniex, it is one of the good exchange we are seeing from many days. I have been using these exchanges from many days but never faced any problem because still, i am withdrawing tokens and actively trading in Poloniex without any problem.

There are a lot of threads complaining against Poloniex. So, of course, something fishy is there. I never used it though because of this complaint. Anyway, a research on every complain can make it clear to everyone what they are doing. I was thinking of doing that part but not having the time. |

I see a lot of complaints about Poloniex, I used them for a while and had no problems. Every exchange has dissatisfied customers, and as I am convinced, sometimes clients are to blame for creating a problem. But I admit that Poloniex can play a dishonest game.

I haven't used poloniex anymore.
since the loss of my trollbox came out and transferred my assets to bittrex and binance there was more convincing and safe.

Why would you believe on the complaints if you yourself dont even prove that the said exchange was a scam ? Isnt it better to investigate them first before you also judge them just like what other do ? We all know that poloniex is a popular and legit exchange . maybe the guys that keeps on complaining do only violated some rules or maybe did something wrong while their concern has not yet been resolve but they are panicking instantly . |

Whatever the exchange is and the coins they have, pump and dumps are inevitable. These are parts of trading and people who do these things get off pretty heavy while people who are into their lure suffer loss. Groups might involve bots, the team themselves or a private group doing this scams. If you're a trader, always set a stop-loss. That's all.

I do not agree with you since this exchange has long been on the market and has a good reputation and I myself have used it more than once and have been satisfied since I have never had any problems.

Their golden days are over and it will never go back. They had an ugly history of services and that is the last thing that any business owner would want to get compromised. I also liked polo but not because of their service but only because of their popularity and great volume. There isn't a lot of choice back so imagine the worst that could happen if they still dominate trading. |
