Price drop is good for margin selling... price up is for margin buy. I have just realized that the bitcoin's movement itself is what made it a good keep.

So far right now there are plenty of alt-coins that are stabilizing at their current levels and seems that right now is looking to be an image of what are the baselines. Ugh.  Trump has got nothing to do with the price of bitcoin.  Btc is too global to be affected by one country's dick taster.  It's this fork thing.  People panicked and sold, and now we've rebounded nicely.  I'm actually surprised that we didn't dip lower.  The momentum to do so was certainly there.

I sold all my BTC last week when the price is about 1150. The price is about $980 now. Is it the right time to buy back? It's hard to predict if the price has reached bottom yet.  Huh
There is no way to know exactly how low the price of bitcoin will go but if you followed your instincts then you are already in profit since at the moment the price is 1045 dollars, sometimes you need to follow your instincts if you are to become a successful trader.

Instincts and feelings are a horrible guide when it comes to trading or investments. In this case he was just lucky to have sold his coins before the price happened to go down. However, being lucky once doesn't mean you'll automatically have that same bit of luck the next time. Actual market analysis is the best possible way to decide what your next action will be. All other things are just redundant.

Well, several times I saw the price of bitcoin down so quickly. in fact, it is like a stone thrown from a height. but, it is something that often happens. if you do not have confidence in the bitcoin, maybe you will panic and sell all bitcoin that you have when it happened.

I think people are having more confidence in bitcoin now. The price of the altcoins are starting to drop, and bitcoin price has risen.

its not about more confidence in bitcoin per se ,rather less confidence in altcoins
but I don't see bitcoin price rising much,it is far away from the pre ETF peak of 1270$
also LTC has been pumped recently, along with some other coins and DASH and ETH are going strong

But still, this is a good signal for bitcoin ecosystem. Bitcoin price is rising in a steady manner which is a good thing as we don't want to have a pump and dump scenario again and those we are caught off-guard will loss.  ETC/ETH is down as I write this reply only LTC is being pumped currently. The pre-ETF price peak is still reachable, but with the phase bitcoin price is going for the last couple of day, I think we are going to see it in the future or maybe at the end of the year.

Any idea hy bitcoin is dropping so fast? Last night i was expecting it to go back up a little so i could take some money out of it and put it in ETH, but now i'd sell with a significant loss. What made it drop?
In the title you said "bitcoin falling like stone" which is all wrong as the stone fall to ground which is impossible in terms of bitcoin as bitcoin drop in value only a little and for a smaller time period and then again recover to its value because of the high demand of it in the market.

Yeah and no doubt that price crash in past few weeks but now its recovering back so I don't think there is anything to worry about it and even if price falls in coming days it won't fall to extreme level and I believe that we will touch $1200 price again in next few weeks.

We should be pretty happy that we didn't witness crash to the sub ~$800 levels, and instead we had consolidation and recovery.
I am not sure that current price shifts of bitcoin are caused by potential fork eventuality or rather actions of Trump administration.

I think that Trump has influence on most of the markets ( because of $ ), also on bitcoin because BTC/USD price changes every time when USD or BTC weakens or gets stronger.
And that chemical attack, and US sending rockets to Syria also caused some panics on market, what could be a reason for price change.

Nowadays, we can see panic on bitcoin everywhere: many people are saying that btc will go down at least to 1000$ and they really believe that, what is not strange for me because in the times of strange events going onwards (possible fork, miners are divided).

For now price looks stable, but only one message going around the world may cause a big difference in btc/usd current price.
1200$ level is a strong resistance for bulls, we will have dip to 900$-1000$ or break of the resistance and bitcoin skyrocketing for a while.
I expect 1300$ in next month, however that is only my opinion.

Lol, completely messed with your answer, if newbie see it. Bitcoin is always fluctuate in the value. This could we easily understand by seeing the price from the couple of years. If the price drops buy as much you can and if the value moving higher and higher, Please hold it for sometime and wait for right time sell out. If you are long time holder, don't sell out for 5 years. price is been recovered and now it's seems settled around 1300$ and more.

I think there are many reasons why bitcoin is dropping like that, and that in some ways people are dumping their bitcoin are the most possible answer, there are people that are having transaction error instead of putting the exact fee they got a mistake by putting more fee that the usual, but I think we have to rejoice as of now! the value of bitcoin is $1217.99 and I think we are seeing $1300 a little bit more!

Well, we all hope so, because if bitcoin prices dropped like a stone, it will be very difficult to make it back at a high price back. it may take time for it. I just hope, big investors did not sell bitcoin they have a cheap price, because it could be the cause of the decline in the price of bitcoin quickly. but for now there is no sign of it, even the bitcoin prices continue to rise.

Bitcoin has finally recovered, since you are newbie maybe you are not used to this but in the bitcoin world losing a hundred dollar in a single day is not unheard of in bitcoin.

True. You get used to it. Rekt time is fun sometimes. Keeps you sharp. Untill you will be put out of the game for good of course. Many traders couldnt tell the tale.
